Previously captured scans have disappeared

I logged into polycam and got a basic subscription. I took a bunch of 3D scan captures in the span of time between a couple weeks ago to a few days ago. Today a majority of those scans are not visible on my app anymore. I haven't deleted the app in this period of time or logged out. I tried logging out and logging back in now but it didn't help. Even my notifications don't show any sign of the missing scans, only the ones still visible are showing up. My basic subscription is still active for a few more days. These are really important and I can not figure out what has gone wrong. I have written to support but was wondering if anyone knows the problem and the solution?

Smoothing/shaping mesh for 3d printing in blender

Hey!
I’m trying to recreate this finial for a client. I printed this model already and it’s not bad! I scanned the original with Polycam and processed it with SketchUp. But I’m not getting the detail I want. Particularly with the little rim at the base of the top half with crisp clean beading and tiny partial spheres. How can I clean that up? I’ve started working with blender again but I’m a bit rusty. Polycam can export in lots of formats. I’ve tried obj, stl, and dae so far.

There are so many variables! I’m using a Creality k1 se to print with and so the slicer is Creality. Another issue if ran into is scaling. I think I’ve worked that out and I’ve obviously achieved a scalped print. I just need advice on a higher quality accurate print.

Let me know your thoughts! Thanks!
