We're currently sourcing power supply manufacturers for a new B2B hardware project. Up until now, we’ve leaned toward established international brands, but we're actively comparing a few China-based manufacturers.

Some Chinese suppliers seem to offer more flexible customization, faster communication, and better OEM options for our AC-DC adapter needs. It sounds good on paper, but what has your actual experience been like? How do they compare to big international brands in terms of long-term reliability, valid UL/CE documentation, and engineering support when things go wrong?
