English////Hello, I need help, does anyone know how to remove that annoying background noise?

I play on PC but when I leave the shelter everything is muted: the steps, when I dodge, the voices and you only hear that annoying background noise that increases louder as time goes by and that only goes away when I enter the shelter and when I leave it it only lasts a short normal time and then that loud noise comes out again throughout the game

juego en pc pero cuando salgo del refugio se mutea todo: los pasos, cuando esquivo, las voces y solo se escucha ese molesto ruido de fondo que incrementa mas fuerte al pasar el tiempo y que solo se va cuando entro al refugio y al salir solo dura poco tiempo normal y luego vuelve a salir ese ruido fuerte en toda la partida
