How much does a cooked meal set you back?

I almost only eat raw foods, i say almost because I cant completely avoid cooked foods because of friends and or family, ive had maybe 2 cooked meals this month, i am low income so i cant afford to get on their bad side or lose their favor in case of an emergency. On saturday im going to go stay with my mom for 9 days so ill have no choice but to eat cooked foods, and raw milk is illegal where she lives, dont get me wrong I appreciate my mom but it does make me feel paranoid thinking that ill be losing a significant amount of healing progress. I know all cooked meals are bad but I make it a point to avoid anything fried.

Ground beef tastes the best out of everything I’ve tried, and every organ tastes horrible. And yes, I’ve bought grassfed, unvaccinated meat from farms. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Muscle weakness + brain fog

Started incorporating raw dairy and some raw meat into my diet and cutting out all vegetables and most carbs but since then my cognitive ability has clearly declined it's really annoying and my legs feel weaker than normal. I row twice a week and don't go to the gym. what's going on? is it the low carb intake? I do eat some fruit though 2-3 bananas a day and some dates and honey (not raw yet).

any advice or similar experiences?

Deep brain detox

I’ve been having nosebleeds for months whenever I sneeze into a tissue, and my cognitive abilities feel impaired. Other symptoms include my body needing around 11 hours of sleep per day, headaches, fatigue throughout the day, and a loss of eloquence, memory, and reasoning ability — except during certain moments when I reach an even higher level of performance than my baseline. It fluctuates: there are moments of extreme lucidity where my cognitive performance feels at 150%, but overall it’s reduced to around 70%.

I’ve been following the diet 100% strictly for a year and a half, along with daily 40-minute baths, etc.

Could anyone who has gone through something similar or who might understand what’s happening give me some information?

I’ve studied Aajonus a lot, and my interpretation is that I’m going through a deep and constant detox process that has been acting for several months, and that if I keep enduring it I’ll eventually reach a drastic improvement in health and performance. But I’d like to hear alternative interpretations as well, because it’s a difficult period where my performance is clearly reduced.

Goatis overall life advice is weird

Been watching Goatis for a while. his diet takes are good like raw dairy/meat, sunlight, nature, . But his overall life advice honestly feels really contradictory to me.

A lot of what he says is basically:
“Just eat meat, go in the sun, be in nature, and everything else is slavery.” Which I understand that if you eat naturally and go out in nature you will live a much better life than working 10hrs a day just to make minimum wage…

But He talks like jobs, business, modern society, and making money are pointless or evil, and that this is the “worst time to be alive.”

But then… why doesn’t he fully live that primal lifestyle himself?

He still uses a computer, internet, headphones, YouTube, Telegram subscriptions, donations, also got a hair transplant. He makes money by reacting to people online and criticizing their lifestyles while still depending on the same modern system he talks down on.

That’s the part I don’t understand.

And honestly, money absolutely matters in today’s world. Yeah, money is technically a man made concept, but that doesn’t suddenly make it useless. Money gives freedom, comfort, security, opportunities, and access to experiences that people living fully “primal” lifestyles simply do not have.

For eg- if you have money, you can move somewhere beautiful like Switzerland or Iceland places with insane natural scenery, clean air, mountains, lakes, waterfalls, low pollution, safer environments, and overall high quality of life. You can own a nice villa surrounded by nature while still having comfort, healthcare, clean food, heating, transportation, and safety for your family.

You can travel the world, spend time with your kids, live near nature without needing to hunt animals every day just to survive, die from simple infections that are easily treatable today, watch your family starve during harsh seasons, or spend your entire life struggling just for basic survival (bunch of other things as well but you get my point) actually reduce stress long-term because your family is secure.

People act like modern comfort is automatically bad, but humans have always tried to reduce suffering and increase comfort. Yeah I know many are getting disconnected from nature and being in their homes all the time. That I do agree.

I feel like balance makes more sense:
Eat healthy natural food get sunlight, touch grass, get connected to nature more, avoid ultra processed garbage, stay active but also work, build something, make money, and create a comfortable life for yourself and the people around you.

You don’t need to reject modern society completely just because processed food and social media messed some things up.

Blender suggestions

I'm looking to be more optimal and i want to use the ball jar blender method aajonus suggests. What kind of blender do I need thats compatible with ball jars? Im able to make butter using this method as well right? I have a butter churner and its a lot of trouble. Id appreciate any advice, because I'm currently using a ninja brand portable blender for my primal milkshakes and moisturizing formula and a lot of the time it doesnt come out right.

Persistent nauseous feeling

I don't really follow the diet very strictly, which may as well contribute to it, but it's never quite been an issue for the past couple months. I have had a persistent nausea feeling in my stomach, and I feel as if whenever I drink the lube formula and eggs and such, it makes me feel grossed out. Now I feel sick whenever I think of them. Could it be a lack of celery juice, or I need a nut formula, or something like that? Help would be greatly appreciated. And of course I will be a lot stricter with the diet.

Can the Diet contribute to growing your penis?

I am interested into knowing if the Primal Diet can contribute to that, because nobody ever talked about this it seems. The people always say that for example raw milk contributea to getting you taller when you‘re still in puberty. Does raw milk also do that to your penis? And if not raw milk, something else in the Diet?

Anybody have luck dating on this diet

Not that girls care about anything but your looks and personality but I mean has anyone here found girls with similar diet views irl or is my only resort trying to online date because I know goatis said if a girl liked you she’ll follow your diet but that’s highkey not true unless she’s a stay at home mom and the issue is getting a girl to become that who also initially shares similar views because most girls now are anti child and spend all they’re time eating goylsop and doing drugs
