Need to change home gym

I need to change my home gym location but it seems impossible. The directions on the PureGym website don’t help and tell me to do something that doesn’t even exist and then help email just keeps telling me to cancel my membership.

Can anyone help pls?

Dirtbag decided to work out on turf in all places

Wise guy decided to stretch on the turf where I’m doing sled push/pulls today. Doesn’t acknowledge when I ask for him to move aside as I was already using the turf for my workout.
