Y'all what is wrong with my form???

This is literally the best video I have too, and btw I have been practicing for like a year and have been making progress so incredibly slowly

14 weeks in🥲 advice?

so I’ve been doing quads for about 3.5 months, both on a bed (so it doesn’t shake the house lol) and on the floor (when home alone). I’m really happy with how my bed jumps are looking but I can’t seem to translate it to the floor💔 i’m not that worried about height rn since i’m still perfecting my technique but I want to at least match my form to that on my bed. Any advice?

Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: paraceratherium walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

I love this workout. The slowness of it, paired with the deliberate form really helps develop a lot of strength. Paraceratherium was one of, if not the largest terrestrial mammals to ever live, so if you want to add some mass; size; and strength to your body I highly recommend it. Do what you can while you can do.

Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: kinkajou walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

Kinkajous are arguably my favorite animal lol. Ever since I first saw one on Zoboomafoo I have been obsessed with any animal that has a prehensile tail. Kinkajous have a pretty smooth and limber walk without having too little weight to them, despite being a relatively small animal, so this workout is really good for working on quadrobics walks at a beginner level or for working on more fluid limb movement with greater core strength activation. I hope you all enjoy :). Do what you can while you can do, and thank you all for your support.
