I know about the shoot match puzzle within the lounge/roulette room but there seems to be more to the wheel as only three very specific numbers can ever roll and only two colors 2 black one red i also noticed long digit lines happen suprisingly often i had several 5deep lines in a sample size of 154 rolls the appearance of such weird occourances made me do a bit of analysis I haven't found the answer yet but one of you might be able to see the situation in a differant way and might be able to shine light also if the puzzle has been solved and I just don't know it please tell me as I'm quite curious about this thing

Edit: the endgame location has a room with very obvious floor pattern light squares that could indicate tile patterns.
