For an EB-1A petition that received on RFE on some criteria.

I have a late-stage draft that my attorney had prepared, but he's been completely unresponsive this month and I don't know if he will resurface. My RFE response deadline is just 1 week away (no time to get another attorney).

I need to know how to self-file the response as a desperate backup so I don't miss the deadline.

Would be VERY grateful to chat with anyone who prepared and mailed their own filing package for their EB-1A RFE response, and can help me with forms to include, mistakes to avoid etc.

Although the authors of the letters claim the beneficiary has made contributions in the field of

endeavor, the documentation to show that the beneficiary's work is being implemented by others in the

field, does not demonstrate that the beneficiary's work has provoked widespread public commentary,

and/or that the beneficiary has patents and/or licensed technology being used by others. Simply

having others cite the beneficiary's work is insufficient to satisfy this criterion. Please note, that while

having others in the field cite the beneficiary's work is noteworthy, it does not establish that work is of .major significance in the field"
