RFE for I-765 STEM OPT - Online submission vs mail? Is Digital transcript accepted if it's online submission?
Hey everyone, I received an RFE for my I-765 STEM OPT application. The reason cited was "Evidence of Program Completion Missing", they want a copy of my diploma and/or official transcripts from my university showing the date of graduation, program/major, and level of degree conferred.
A few questions:
Online vs mail: My case has an IOE receipt number, meaning it was filed online. The RFE coversheet says to mail to Irving, TX (USCIS/TSC) but my USCIS online account has an option to respond directly. Has anyone with an IOE case responded to an RFE online instead of mailing? Did it go through fine?
Coversheet required for online submission? The RFE letter says to include the coversheet and entire letter on top of the response. Does this apply to online submissions too, or only mail?
Digital transcript accepted? My university provides an official digital transcript via a verified third-party service (Parchment). Has USCIS accepted digital/electronic official transcripts for STEM OPT RFE responses, or do they require a physical sealed copy?
