Please help regarding regarding CLC round 1 sem fees Refund

I got admitted to a rgpv autonomous college in indore through MPDTE 1 CLC round for CSE

I have also applied to a university other than indore which will start in August end

And I have paid 1 sem fees to the college through CLC round

Please tell me will I get refund, what are the refund requirement and eligibility criteria
