r/RTO_No_support

RTO is seriously affecting our financial and mental health. I don’t think I can be productive sitting in a small cubicle for almost 9 hours and plus the commute. We will have to buy another car and make so many more other changes to our lives. RTO is not helping anyone, not sure why Governor have to put so much burden on not just the state workers but also their families. Are they being punished for the fact they are more productive at home.
