Can horses be taller than this?

So I'm in my 9th year on my main save and I love breeding big horses (most of my horses are 16.2, the rest 16.1), but today as I went to auction one of my young adults, her heights appeared as 16.3. Does anyone else have 16.3 or taller horses? I've never seen one this tall

Gorgeous!!

I’ve just started dipping my toes into breeding after finishing the main story of the game, and I couldn’t believe this gorgeous foal! (Then I literally saw another in the auction house like the same day)
Then the gray, smoky gorgeous girl I just found in the wild and idk the grey just looked really pretty with the pattern.

Does this game make anyone else violently motion-sick?

I have owned this game for multiple years and I want to love it so bad, but every single time I open the game I’m extremely nauseous and fighting a headache within 30 minutes. Usually this only happens to me with first-person games, but for some reason something about the camera controls and movement in RoR just make me so so motion-sick 😭 Has anyone else experienced this and found a work-around? I really want to enjoy the fun cute horse game.

I got a dream foal 😭

After months and months of breeding for unique horses, good keepers that will keep my bloodlines going in the game… I got this baby girl 😭 I’m shocked, never thought I’d get this lucky with keepers 😭 You can find me in a corner crying of joy 😭

May this luck find all of you at some point 😭

Steamdeck performance

For anybody wondering if the game works well on steamdeck now that we got a controller support update, the answer is yes!! I just recently started it up on my steamdeck to test it and its awesome. It plays so well, the riding controls are very easy to get the hang of to the point I like them better than a keyboard and mouse. The touchscreen also makes scooping poop and brushing horses fun. The only very minor annoyance happens when naming your horses. Pulling up the game keyboard can be a bit finicky so you have to use the touchscreen to tap the name box and then pull up the keyboard manually using the steam and x buttons. You also have to name them outside of the stable while riding them or it won’t work. Otherwise though i’ve been playing for a few days now and have had no other issues at all.

"[horse name] will dream of..."

I recently started a new game after about a year-long break to try the official controller support (which is so much nicer than keyboard and mouse) so maybe this was added with an update, but I never saw it in the first game I played after full release. I wish I got a screenshot, but what happens is that sometimes, when you pet a horse a caption will appear that says "[horse name] will dream of ___ tonight...."

I've gotten two variations of this with two different horses, one was "open skies" and the other said "cherry blossoms." It only seems to happen with newly-caught wild horses before they're fully tamed. I'm just curious if it means anything, or if it's just flavor text?

A Chimera!!! What are the odds!!!

I found this jaw dropper at the Common auction, I'm going to guess it's a very rare color in the game?! Needless to say, I'm beyond excited!!! Please say hello to my stunning lady, Double Exposure! She's listed as being a liver chestnut tobiano, but from what I know about chimeras and the many pictures I've looked at, that's what she is. Thoughts?
