Looking for a Va

Looking for a commission based VA to help with my real estate wholesaling business.
Mainly need someone who can call leads, follow up with sellers, figure out who’s actually motivated and send the good leads over to acquisitions.

I’ll provide the leads, I just need someone who’s consistent and comfortable on the phone. If you’ve worked in wholesaling, cold calling or appointment setting before that’s definitely a plus.

This is commission based, so you’ll get paid when deals you bring in close. I’m looking for somebody who actually wants to stick around and grow with us instead of just picking up something temporary.

If you’re interested just shoot me a DM with:
Where you’re located
Any experience you have
Your availability
What dialers/CRMs you’ve used if any
If you have a quick voice recording too, send that over.
Trying to find 1 solid person right now. If you know somebody good, feel free to send them my way too.

Any power users on the new DealMachine layout? What perks/features are actually moving the needle for you?

Hey everyone,

For those who have updated to the latest DealMachine rollouts or revamped interface, I'm curious to hear your real-world feedback.

Which new perks, tools, or features have actually improved your daily workflow? A few specific areas I'm looking at:

  • AI & Automation: How are the new AI features/prospecting tools performing for you?
  • Data & Filters: Notice any big improvements in the list stacks, filtering options, or skip tracing accuracy?
  • Driving for Dollars / Dialer: How are the app upgrades holding up out in the field or on the phones?

Are there any specific additions you’ve found to be a game-changer for finding off-market deals, or any features you feel are overhyped?

Drop your thoughts, favorite updates, or hidden gems below. Appreciate the insights!
