135kg / 297lbs

I have fibromyalgia and hypermobility and I'm obese. I've lost 15kg so far. Cellerciser say they are rated up to 400pounds. Has anyone heavier got any recommendations?

Is this fixable?

I’m considering trying rebounding to help with neuropathy and edema in my lower legs and feet. Somebody is giving away this rebounder, but I was wondering if this frayed strap is fixable (or safe as-is)?

Also, can anyone recommend an aftermarket bar to use with it?

Insomnia! overnight rebounding vs laying awake.

Several times a week I have very sleepless nights.
I lay awake and before I know it it’s morning.
Last night I gently rebounded for over an hour . It was dark except for small light that glow from electrical things plugged in. I held my handle bar the whole time . Eventually it was 5:30 and the sun began to rise.
I went back to bed and slept until the sound of the rain on our tin roof woke me at 9 am, Sunday morning.
I used to worry I’d wake my husband up but the coconut oil on the springs has taken care of that.
Does anyone else do a night shift on the rebounder?

Rebounding for the Loose Skin of Aging or Weight Loss

Has anyone found rebounding helps with loose skin? I’m in my 70s and started rebounding recently. I find it’s very energizing and notice on the wall mirror how the flesh is moving up/down with bounces. Hoping some of you have had experience of tightening up loose skin.

Extreme leg fatigue with buzzing need advice.

Hi everyone I recently started rebounding and I cannot believe the energy I was getting the first 7 days and how good mentally I was feeling. I suffer from depression and anxiety and after doing a moderate exercise for 10mins a day I felt amazing. There is a but though, after 7 days I have had very tired legs for the past 3 days and have had a buzzing or vibrating feeling in my legs, I told my doctor and he didn’t seem worried but he never really told me what it was. Can I ask if this is normal when first starting and maybe the buzzing and weakness is just me not being used to that excersice, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Rebounding as a complement to strength training

I'm considering purchasing a rebounder in hopes that it will help with lymph flow and loosen up my stiff knees. I've been strength training consistently for the last 9 years and have strong legs, chest etc. and I walk so am not sedentary and looking to start an exercise program or build strength. However, even though I stretch I'm not as flexible as I would like. Do you think a rebounder would help me achieve a greater degree of mobility?

Got my new Needak but it has a “sway” in the frame: how to fix?

I just got my first Needak (upgraded from the BCAN), and the trampoline mat feels great. The only thing I am concerned about is when I jump the frame has a slight sway to it, whereas every trampoline I’ve been on before is solidly stationary.

I got off the trampoline and it looked like maybe two of the legs didn’t quite firmly touch the ground the way the others did, which might be causing it.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? I’m not sure if there’s something I can do or not, as I also don’t want to make it worse. It’s also not terrible, just distracting.

Quality Rebounder

I am thinking about getting a rebounder. Does anyone have one like this that folds up? Just wondering if it actually works well.

Urban Rebounder old vs new(?)

It looks like the Urban rebounder was originally spring based with good springs and attachment style. Now they seem to have gone bungee.

Is an old/used rebounder worth getting? Anyone know what they used to cost new?
