What should I do to maximize my Rebounding experience?

My rebounder was a reading chair for the longest time but I’ve dusted it off and started jumping again. I’ve found a routine and it just makes me incredibly happy chasing that endorphin high.

Day 1 and Day 2 gave the nicest burn to my core. Day 3 I kept searching for that burn yet it never came? I dont know if that means I’m getting used to it or its simply not engaging.

Anyhow, what are your tips and tricks to extract the most out of your rebounder? Exercises or things to add whilst jumping?

Am I the rebound?

My current boyfriend dated a woman prior who to me who looked exactly like me prior to her he dated blondes then he dated her she’s a brunette (Latina)

I’m curious if I’m a rebound given he was like two weeks already post break up before he met me. She was a booty call and he didn’t quite treat her like he treats me. He pays for my bills got me a dog, talks about marriage and does everything for me. Spends ever day with me he’s perfect!!! But I can’t help but think the foundation of his interest in me is because I look like her :(

HELP! It’s been a week and it’s driving me insane! What should I do to keep cool? Would like to add their relationship was forbidden cuz she was his best befriends cousin)

Ladies, I need heavy duty sports bra recommendations please 🫣🤓

I have many sports bras but they don't work for rebounding. For reference I am a 34D, I am not huge but they feel huge when I'm jumping.

Sorry for the TMI, but I'm tired of having to hold my boobs when jumping.

JumpSport advice

Hello đź‘‹
I’m purchasing a jumpsport 350 pro and I could use a little advice. I’m going to be using it for cardio/choreo. I want to make sure I choose the best size and style options. The website doesn’t do the best job explaining how to choose. I was going to go with a 44’ as many users state regretting getting the 39’ and wishing that they had more jump space. However, some users state that they sacrifice firmness and speed with the 44’ and wish that they got the 39.

I’m unsure if I should be spending extra on the padded petal version or choose the regular skirt. Do you only need the padded pedal to protect your arms and feet for core and such? Does it hurt your feet if you get too close to the chords? How likely are you to even do that? I’m 5’5 for reference.

Additionally, can I just order the three piece plus skirt? Is that the entire setup? Is the only difference between that and the solid plus skirt that you assemble it yourself and it’s in separate pieces? TIA.

Was your family supportive?

New here and excited but I gotta say it’s hard when your family jeers and rolls their eyes, and are just plain jerks. Am I alone experiencing this? It’s just making me double down, but man, you try to do something good for yourself and it’s just judgement.

Is rebounding is appropriate for me?

I’m a relatively athletic man, 80 kg, and I prefer intense workouts. But I have a chronic lower back pain, and even light running can make it worse. Jumping rope is also theoretically pretty high-impact (though I have never actually tried it). And I prefer to train at my apartment. Could rebounding be a good option for cardio for me?

What about the noise? I don't mind the noise in my own home, but will the noise carry over to the neighbor below?

Is there a big difference in durability, noise, and efficiency between a rope trampoline and a spring trampoline?

And finally, does the extra support ring make much of a difference (like in the picture) ?

Sorry if my English is really bad.

Urban Rebounder Replacement Parts?

I purchased a used spring Urban rebounder and there are a few things that are hopefully all I need to deal with.

The simple question is if there is a preferred leg cap replacement. Amazon has several with an 8-pack ranked higher than 6-pack version. Even though there are 6 legs I don't hate the idea of having some spares. I'm open to recommendations.

The other thing I figured out is elastic straps that hold the folded legs down. The straps are dried, brittle and crack when you try to stretch them. I can't find anything as a replacement. And should they be tied to the springs like that?

I don't like that there was no manual, or anything besides the mini trampoline itself and it definitely needs cleaning before I use it.

It was cheap, but I think I made a mistake.

Brand new to rebounding here. I just received my order from Amazon and wanted to know if this is a defect or normal for the rebounder screen? Let me know if you don't see the two pictures please. Thanks.
