I don’t want any noobs in my posse, I feel like people level 20 and above will have better skills in my gang, I am currently level 208 in red dead online. Is that a reasonable level cap? Or should I reduce or increase it.

Hey there. My missus and I have been looking to find a new group to play with since our old one began to dwindle over the last few years. We're pretty frequent players, though I do work so we can't be on all the time.
We're pretty passive players, often just chilling doing missions and dailies or just exploring and chatting while on the game, so we'd appreciate having similarly minded people to hang out with. We especially love making outfits and coming up with little stories with our characters. We even used to write text-based RPs on discord servers, though without a group its just been us for that lol.

Does anyone else feel like rdr2 online had/ still has so much potential to be epic? I mean I feel like if they really listened to fans and gave us more to do, the servers would go beserk. Sadly, because of gta 6 it’ll never happen. Then again it was never going to happen anyway

Should other players attack us we will attack back but if the fight continues for an extended period of time I will travel to begin a mission that will teleport the posse to me (or enter my moonshine shack with posse).
After successful missions I like to do a celebratory emote together.
I frequently tend to my posse members horses, if you see me approach your horse I'm there for feeding and/or grooming.
If you need help with your own missions let me know and I'll abandon my posse so that myself and others can join yours.

I know RDO on PC is mostly a nightmare due to modders, but I've been playing 100% solo so far and wondering if there's any chill folks out there still on the game. I usually hop on most evenings (EDT) and check out the daily challenges or run a few missions before hopping off because it gets a bit lonely after a while.
I'm over level 100 and have most of what I want in the game, except for level 25 bounty hunter (and naturalist, but who wants to do those lol). Especially with a bounty hunter month, it would be fun to form a posse and run around with others.
I've had few positive interactions in the game so far (I also run a female character, so I seem to attract all the douchebags), but I'm hoping there's still some nice people online in 2026.
I only ask that you're 18+ and possibly even have discord so we can chat while we play to make things smoother, but it's not mandatory as I know it's possible to emote most things in game.
