Does anyone own Eisa Pro K686 (Concrete Jungle)?

If you do can someone actually measure the length of the keyboard? And the weight? And tell me?

Bcs I have a redragon Surara k582 full size keyboard, and according to this, the supposedly "compact keyboard" is taller (by approximately .5 inches) while being only 2 key length smaller than the full size.(I made a crude drawing. Sry)

It doesn't even come close to the 20% more compact claim with reference to my keyboard. I was looking forward to buying this and saving up, but when I looked at it one last time, I came across this... Whaaaat.

While the dimensions of the same keyboard, but different colours, are different in the redragon website. Also, in the same website, in the picture they put 15.4in (39.116cm) but below in the specifications, they put 43.2 cm(~17 in). So much confusion.

So please help me. If you do have this keyboard, please can you measure the size and weight for me please.

Redragon K686BG-RGB-M random RGB flickering

Hi,

I have a Redragon K686BG-RGB-M magnetic keyboard with firmware version 3.18.02.

The keyboard is set to static/custom RGB lighting, but from time to time the RGB starts flickering random colors for a few seconds, and sometimes for as long as 2-3 minutes. It does not look like a normal lighting effect. The keyboard itself keeps working, only the lighting flickers.

What I already tried:

  • Factory reset
  • Creating a new custom RGB profile
  • Static single-color mode
  • Testing on Windows and Linux
  • Testing with the official Redragon software and IllumiPC WebUSB configurator

The issue still happens.

Does anyone know if firmware 3.18.02 has a known RGB issue? Is there a newer firmware or a way to fully reflash/reset the RGB controller?

Any help would be appreciated.
