I ordered the club c 85, and the fit is awesome overall, but there's one part that seems to be rubbing against my feet. will it loosen up on it's own? or will i have to size up?

Wish Reebok would release the Dee Brown color way .

Snagged these original BB4600s a few months ago and wore them for the first time this weekend. The glue in the insoles melted a bit (apparently this happens when it's old and hot?). Wound up bunching the insoles and I guess squeezing on the outside of the shoe, maybe?

What's the best way to clean this glue up and prevent this from happening again? Tried doing some Angelus spray foam with no success on the outside, and no idea what to do about the inside.
