Website crashing for Dune tickets

I was able to get some good seats at Regal Opry Mills in Nashville at 4:30 CST, a whole 5.5 hours after the tickets released. I was trying to get them all day and the Regal website kept crashing/not allowing me to purchase so I think it was doing that for everyone and allowed me to get tickets way later than I thought I could’ve. Still a ton of seats in the front few rows if anyone is interested in getting some tickets.

Oldest employee?

I am an employee at a regal and I have an employee who is 80 years old. She’ll be celebrating her 40 years with regal on thanksgiving. Wondering who else has an employee with such seniority?

Dune 3 Imax 70mm tickets are available on Regal

All shows are now open for bookings on the regal app. Fandango still shows as disabled.

Edit: Just realized not all Regal theaters are available, so ymmv. The one I was able to book is at Regal Mall of Georgia.

Dune 3 imax 70mm tickets are available (Regal)

I was able to book tickets for the imax 70mm show on Dec 18th in the Regal app. Fandango is still saying "coming soon" though. So try on regal app if you are planning to get imax 70mm tickets. Right now except for the first couple of days, most of the weekend shows (and beyond) have the entire theatre available. Great time to snag good seats before they go live on Fandango.

Profile Pic Roasted by Employee

I haven’t been able to change my photo for ages, if anyone can fill me in, please let me know.

Anyway, I had my first ever RUDE encounter with the ticket man (who happens to be an older morbidly obese/wheelchair bound male and unfortunately, extremely rude)

I have a pretty normal picture, but my hair is shoulder length now and I’m a little bit more tan from the summer. The guy attempted to actually humiliate me in weird way in front of other customers also checking in the line behind me about my basic profile photo tethered to my digital ticket..

I offered to pull out my drivers license for further validation, since he was clearly in a tizzy about it and finally, he just waved me off in the most belittling way possible and wouldn’t even look at me anymore... uhmmm ok..?

Weirdest f$&@ experience I have ever had at a Regal. Jeezus..

Just making sure I’m not going crazy

I just bought Doomsday tickets, they are supposed to go on sale tomorrow but I have the confirmation information and everything, and I’m worried that it actually was not supposed to go though, but let me know has anyone else been able to buy tickets today?

Question about using a free pass

I want to buy my ticket for a Standard showing of Avengers Doomsday opening night but I wanted to use my free pass. It wasn’t showing up as an option when I went to select my seat. So I did some research and discovered that sometimes studios have No Pass period for certain movies.

But Spider-Man: Brand New Day was also a “No Pass” movie but I was able to use my free ticket to purchase a seat for opening night for that movie.

What gives? Anyone have any insight or ideas?

Irvine Spectrum IMAX seat map only showing the first 3 rows available?

Has anyone noticed this with the Irvine Spectrum IMAX?

I’ve checked multiple showtimes and multiple dates for The Odyssey, and the seat map keeps showing only the first 3 rows as available. Almost all of the middle and back rows are completely greyed out.

It seems strange that the exact same large section would be sold out across so many different dates and times. Does anyone know if Regal is temporarily blocking those seats, or if this is a seat map/booking system issue?

I’m trying to figure out whether I should wait for the seats to open up rather than book one of the very front rows.

Thanks!

Stadium Seating

Very disappointing and unfair that I am paying the same price for an outdated seating that is extremely uncomfortable. Went to Regal cinemas Transit Center stm 18 and was charged the higher surge pricing for a Friday night and was not informed that the seating was "stadium" and not recliner. The theater has seats blocked off due to water leaking, mens closest bathroom closed and stale popcorn. Very poorly run theater and disappointing experience. Please avoid this theater or ensure you are charging a fair price for a run down theater with discounted prices.

Super troopers 3

Don’t be a loser, if you go to see a comedy, don’t complain about people laughing. Arroyo Grande 7:30 showing almost got kicked out of a theater for finding the movie hilarious… fuck your stupid bitch asses for trying to see a comedy without laughing….

Regal needs to seriously reconsider its rebranding

What they have done to E Walk 13 at Times Square is absolutely wild. It used to be so beautiful. Now the entrance feels like a dark alley
