Career progression in NABARD

Hello,
I wanted to know a little about career progression in NABARD.

  • How does career progression typically work if someone joins at around 31 (reserved category)?
  • Approximately how long does it take to reach the position of Chief General Manager?
  • What position/designation comes after CGM?
  • Given the age of joining, how far can I realistically progress in the organization before retirement?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone familiar with the promotion structure.

Thanks in advance!

How are you all approaching nabard grade a prep right now?

Hey everyone, hope everyone's prep is going good. I'm just starting out and wanted to know how people who are also new or still planning are approaching this

Like what resources are you using, youtube/paid course/telegram groups etc.

How are you splitting time between esi, ard and other sections.

And if anyone has attempted before, what are you doing differently this time.

Just trying to see what's actually working instead of guessing on my own lol. would love to know what's working for you guys even if you're new to this too.

I only have two years for this exam until I hit the age limit

I want to try for the rbi grade b exam. So my QRE is sorted because I have been preparing for banking exams as well. please suggest sources for FM, ESI and a good platform for descriptive English. I only have two years until I hit my age limit… but I really want to give it a try! If you can suggest other regulatory body exams please suggest those as well.

Reserve list DV of Central Bank of India

Got selected in Reserve List 1 of Central Bank of India (Jharkhand). Seeing other banks already calling for document verification is making me a bit anxious.

Anyone else in the same situation or selected in the same bank? Feel free to DM—maybe we can create a group to stay updated and discuss....

Preparing for banking and Nabard simultaneously

I will be appearing for the banking exams that are lined up this year. My basics of English and Reasoning are strong but quant is the problem, specially mains. I am also planning to appear for Nabard grade A as I can't ignore the negativity about banking jobs ( I know I should try and get a job first but somehow it keeps bothering me)

I am confused 1. As to how and when to switch from banking to nabard so that my banking exams are not affected by that.

  1. Which sources to follow for GA, ESI and ARD.

  2. Should I get a course ( they are all great but the content is too much and I can't complete that at such a short span)

Also does anyone know the expected month for nabard grade A phase 1 examination?

Any suggestions would be very helpful! TIA
