Looking for the Final Football Manager 2016 Official Pre-Game Editor (16.3.2) for Preservation & Database Research

I'm hoping someone in the community may be able to help with a rather niche request.
I'm looking for the official Football Manager 2016 Pre-Game Editor, ideally the final version (16.3.2, or whichever was the last update released by Sports Interactive).
To be absolutely clear, I am not looking for a free copy of Football Manager 2016 itself, nor am I trying to circumvent ownership requirements or obtain pirated software.
My interest is purely in the official editor as part of a long-term football database preservation and research project.
I'm currently building a project called FM Genesis Architect, which aims to document and preserve the structure and evolution of Championship Manager and Football Manager databases across every generation of the series. The editor isn't something I intend to use for normal gameplay or editing saves; rather, I use it as a reference tool to manually verify that my own parsers and database extraction tools are correctly interpreting the underlying data. Once I've confirmed my results against the official editor, my own tooling becomes the primary source going forward.
Ordinarily I'd simply purchase the software if it were available. Unfortunately, FM2016 has long since been delisted from legitimate retailers due to licensing, and the only remaining options I've found are marketplace sellers asking hundreds of pounds for old Steam keys or accounts. I simply can't justify spending that amount when the only thing I actually need is the editor.
If anyone:
- still has a backup of the official FM2016 Pre-Game Editor,
- knows where the final official version has been legitimately preserved,
- or has any information on how to obtain it without resorting to overpriced key resellers,
I'd really appreciate hearing from you.
I'm also happy to provide more information about the preservation project if anyone is interested.
