Colorado amazonite

Hi, I’m new to rockhounding. I’ve mined a lot of amazonite from my parents property, and I’d like to trade or sell some of it but I don’t know anything about what amazonite is worth, or what sorts of specimens collectors are looking for. I’ve added some pictures of part of my collection, but I have a lot more left on the land we haven’t dug out yet. I don’t have any super showy pieces like the ones with nice smokey quartz points, but a lot of these are in matrix (quartz and I think granite).

Is there anyone here who is familiar with amazonite that could advise? I’m just a personal collector but I’d be interested in being able to sell or trade some of this for other things.

How or where do you buy Natural Turquoise?

I am really lost on all the fake turquoise that is online and don't really know how to shop for it in person. I get really mixed up with the fakes out there. Do you have a trusted source or some advice?

Huge phosphorescent statement piece available

An absolutely incredible large cabinet specimen featuring hundreds of bladed calcite crystals on a sparkling quartz matrix.

Under 365nm UV, the calcite fluoresces an intense fiery orange-red and, once the UV light is switched off, displays a beautiful green phosphorescent afterglow.

📏 Approx. 27 × 20 × 8 cm ⚖️ 5-6 kg

This is a true statement piece with exceptional display presence both in daylight and under UV. The combination of heavy crystal coverage, strong fluorescence, and noticeable phosphorescence makes it a fantastic addition to any serious fluorescent mineral collection.

💷 £350 + shipping 📍 UK based but can ship worldwide 📦 Carefully packed and fully insured shipping available.

Feel free to message for additional photos, UV videos, or afterglow demonstrations.
