I am working on a 480EX for a customer. I typically do gas mowers but took on this mower as a challenge. It had been sitting in his garage for a year with no use. The batteries were shot and measured well below 48v after being charged over night. The customer provided new batteries and now the pack measures at 50v at the connector. The trouble I’m having is the mower only recognizes 34.4 on the read out near the key. From what I can see all the wiring is intact and all the connectors are fully seated. Could this be an issue with the motor controller? Is this where the voltage sensor is?

I have the DC house 100ah battery in my ZT mower. I would like to mount my charger above the mower in my shed. The cable from the charger is very short. I would like to make a extension cable instead of splicing the cable. Does anyone know what the two pin connector for this charger is called?

I just completed my LiPo hangover and the instruction here and with Youtube were awesome. But I have some sort of issue with a random short. At first I thought this was the contactor ( I can hear it clicking) so replaced it today, but I still have an issue.

I can hear the click when turning on, the head lights will work, but nothing else. If I dance around a bit I can get it running but this may have been happening before the battery changeover and I blamed it on the batteries.

In replacing the contractor there was a blue wire on the right side that I did not pay attention when removing so I put it on the right side terminal before bolting everything back.

If I get it going it continues to run until I turn it off then same thing.

Any ideas

I threw away some parts to my lawn mower like a dummy. Anybody know where I can get a blade nut, spacer, and blade insulator for cheap? It looks like I can buy them for about $30 total, which seems ridiculous for a nut and some plastic. Does anybody know the specs of these pieces and if I can buy similar pieces off the shelf?

Went to start my 4 yr old, 120 hour old 48110 and heard a loud clang from the machine. Couldn’t see anything wrong where it was so I drove it out of the garage, shut it off to look more at it. Now it will only advance 1/2”, beep once and stop. Any ideas what I’m dealing with? TIA
