Hello. I need some advice. I don’t wanna get pregnant yet and I just got recently diagnosed with PCOS. Here’s some information.

I had sex on the following days after my period ended on April 6: April 9, 13, 26, May 2, and 14. today is May 18. I have yet to get my period for over a month. (We have both protected and unprotected sex. But ejaculation never occurred inside. Only outside on the body)

I had my first OBGN Checkup and TVS on May 4 showing I am not pregnant and that I have PCOS. I have more than 12 immature follicles on each side of my ovaries, normal sized retroverted uterus, proliferative phase endometrium, and polycystic ovaries. I’ll be on pills soon after another chem 12 blood test but my doctor is on vacation so I’m waiting for awhile.

I took a pregnancy test April 29, May 4, May 11, May 15, and today, May 18. All are negative tests, I had 7 negative tests at this moment.

Now, I’m generally worried my menstrual cycle is not yet coming. This is the first time in a long while since I had not a menstruation but had happened before from the previous years. But not common, usually I have longer menstruation rather than missing it.

I however, am also taking Trizepatide for weight lost and have lost 15kgs in total since January but started medication on February.

I’m asking here first cause one, consultations are expensive and my doctor won’t talk to me if I AM NOT HAVING A CONSULTATION WHICH I WONDER IF ITS NORMAL?? And yeah, just anxious really. Really anxious.

I (17F) want to have s*x one single time with my boyfriend (18M) before we go 500 miles of long distance. We are both v*rgins and we have been considering having s*x recently. Neither of us want me to get pr*gnant though. I am thinking this will happen in about a month/month and a half, before he leaves. If I start Opill, ideally now, have him use a high quality c*ndom/l*be (and hold the end of it after he finishes), use sp*rmicide, and take plan b afterward, what are the risks, and how common is it for me to get pr*gnant from that? I am very paranoid about getting pr*gnant and want to avoid it at all costs, and my parents would be mad. They aren't anti-s*x, but they said I have to do it safely, and I of course agree with that. Also, my boyfriend and I have had an*l s*x about 5 times now, and have never had a c*ndom issue. And also for reference I do not track my cycle. Help, tips, advice, etc or just input would be very very appreciated, as I would need this to go well! Tysm
