Are your managers still making cold calls every week?

I keep seeing managers on LinkedIn talk about how they still dial a few times a week, and honestly I like the idea.

On paper it makes sense. If you want reps to believe the process works, the manager should still be in the game too.

But I am curious how this works in real life. Do you actually share those calls with the team? Do you review the bad ones too, or only the good ones?

And what happens when the manager has a rough week and the calls are not great? Do you keep dialing until one sounds clean enough to use as an example?

I am not against it. I just want to know how people make it useful instead of turning it into a vanity thing.

Would be good to hear how other teams handle this.
