S95F 77" Problem

Query Identification: 01098172

Title: 77" Samsung S95F QD-OLED TV

Description: Long story short, this is a replacement of a defective unit, and now this one is stuck in a power cycle/boot loop. Started yesterday morning, left it unplugged for several hours, plugged directly into wall outlet, and it was fine for a few hours. Started again after about 2 hours of screen time. I hear several clicks of the power supply when attempting to turn on the TV, almost like the switch is getting stuck. I'll see the word "OLED" for a few seconds, then the screen goes black and the indicator light blinks several times, and then clicking of the power supply.

Things I have tried: Leaving it unplugged for several hours. Taking out everything plugged into it (sound bar and Apple TV). Flash reset. Plugging directly to the wall.

Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 G95SD - Random Signal Loss, Green/Pink Artifacts, Phantom Inputs & “No Signal” Issues After Using HDMI + DisplayPort

r/SamsungSupport Query

Query Identification: 01098172

Title: Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 G95SD – Random Signal Loss, Flickering, Artifacts & Phantom HDMI/DP Detection

Description:
I am experiencing serious intermittent signal and image stability issues with my Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 G95SD. The monitor randomly loses signal, flickers, shows black screens, green/pink artifacts and corrupted image blocks. Sometimes it displays “No Signal” on boot even when the PC is running correctly.

The strangest issue is that the monitor sometimes detects HDMI1, HDMI2 and DisplayPort as connected even when NO cables are connected to the monitor at all.

About a month ago I experienced the same issue and temporarily fixed it after multiple factory resets and hard resets, leaving only my main PC connected through DisplayPort. The monitor then worked perfectly for several weeks.

However, a few days ago I connected a second computer through HDMI for work while keeping my main gaming PC connected through DisplayPort, and after about a week all the issues returned again.

Things I have tried:
- Replacing all cables (including a new VESA-certified DisplayPort 2.1 cable)
- Different GPU DP ports
- HDMI instead of DisplayPort
- Hard reset and factory reset
- Disconnecting all cables
- Using only one PC connected
- HDR ON/OFF
- G-Sync ON/OFF
- Testing at 120Hz and 240Hz
- Proper power-on sequence (monitor first, then PC)
- Leaving the monitor unplugged overnight

Problem with Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (C49G95TSSR) 49" TV/monitor graphics

Query Identification: 01098172

Title:
Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (C49G95TSSR) 49"

Description:

I have a problem with my Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (C49G95TSSR) TV/monitor. The LCD display is fine, but there is probably a problem with the electronics.

- When I turn on the monitor and it is disconnected from the computer, the text "No Signal DisplayPort1" is displayed, but the graphics is distorted.

- After connecting to the computer via DisplayPort1, the monitor lights up, but when I click the joystick, a scattered cross is displayed and I can switch up, down, right, but I cannot change the input.

- When I click to display the complete monitor menu, nothing happens for a few seconds and then the monitor restarts by itself - it cannot display the menu.

- Another strange thing is that after each restart, the colors of the distorted graphics are different.

Since I cant send photos here, you can see photos here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Monitors/comments/1tcsi6p/problem_with_samsung_odyssey_oled_g9_c49g95tssr/

Things I have tried:
Not much I can try, when I try something the monitor reboots itself.

Device Name:
Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (C49G95TSSR) 49"

Device Model Number:
C49G95TSSR

Title: Viewfinity S9 power issues

Description: The monitor will not turn on. The screen lights up black as if it's trying to power on, but then turns off again after a second. The screen will do this repeatedly. I am unable to get the blue screen or home screen.

Months ago, there were horizontal lines along the bottom of the screen, but this issue resolved itself. I am mainly concerned with the power issue right now.

Things I have tried: Disconnected it from my Mac. Moved it to another power outlet in the home. Left it unplugged for an hour.

Device Name: Viewfinity S9

Device Model Number: s27c900pan
