Things I have tried:

Checked Device Manager → Network Adapter → Power Management settings

Enabled “Allow this device to wake the computer” and “Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer”

Looked through BIOS/UEFI settings for Wake-on-LAN or related options

Disable Fast Startup in Windows

Checked Intel network adapter advanced settings for Wake-on-LAN / Magic Packet options

Tried sending WoL packets while the device is in Sleep mode

Verified MAC address and network setup

Title: [Galaxy S25 Ultra]

Description: [My battery is shot and I need a replacement. It's draining far more rapidly than it ever has, and it's been shutting off from low power anywhere from 17% to 2%. The odd thing is when I plug it in it starts charging at whatever percent it shut off at, so it knows what I have remaining.

I've always done Samsung Care+ monthly so I went to schedule a replacement. I saw it's not covered, and could not figure out why. Went to my order page and saw it hasn't been charged since January; I got a new debit card and forgot to change it.

I saw it's open enrollment for SC+ right now so tried to enroll my phone, but kept getting the message "Registration failed. IMEI number is invalid. Please try again.". I finally called support and she informed me that if SC+ comes off your phone, your IMEI gets banned from being on SC+ again. Wild!]

Things I have tried: [I have:

• let the phone die completely and then charge it to full while off

• run battery diagnostics

• check the battery health and charge in third party apps like AccuBattery]

Title: Android Sasung S24+

Description: I set the leftmost page as my primary home screen, but my apps are on the page to the right of that. When I open an app and press the home button, it leads to the page with all of my apps aka the last home page I was on. This also happens if I lock my phone then reopen it, it opens to the most recent home page I was on, and I have to press the home button again to take me to the page I set as the primary home page.

Is there a way I can at least make it so when I unlock my phone it takes me to the designated primary home page, I dont so mind when I press the button from apps to take me to the most recent one but I rly want my phone to open up to the leftmost page as it has all my widgets that ill never remember to swipe to if it always opens on the page next to them.

Any suggestions?

Descripition: Before I've updated the One UI version to 8.5, while I watched stories, the status bar (where the time, wifi, battery percentage etc is) was not shown, and when I'll go back to the feed it reappeared, and now its not happening.

things ive tried: The only way ive managed to solve this problem is to change the camera cutout mode of Instagram in the settings of the phone from auto to show/hide camera cutout, but it creates a new problem with each​ one of this solutions:

• show camera cutout - when i press the comment button on the story (next to the like button, not the "send message" box) half of the typing box isn't visible (also when typing, is shows only half of the box above the keyboard)

• hide camera cutout -the story have a huge black space above it and the image/video in the story is behind the "send message" box (instead of above it)

Title: Tablet locks while in active use

Description: Right after the 8.5 update my S10 ultra started locking while in active use. It dims, then it locks, as if I weren't actively using it. For example, it has locked twice since writing this post. I've had to use Display Assistant to keep it awake and it works, but as soon as I turn it off, the screen locks immediately.

It seems to stay awake while watching content. I tried it on VLC, but when I leave the app, after a minute it locks. I do have a short timeout, but this had never happened before.

Things I have tried: Display Assistant works for now, to keep it awake for 30 minutes, but it can't be a permanent solution.

I tried closing all the apps to make sure no third party was controlling the screen, but it still locks after a minute.

I tried restarting it and that helped for a couple days, but I don't want to have to restart it all the time.
