Couple looking for friends

Editing to add: we are not poly/open/swingers etc and that is not the purpose of this post 🤣🤣🤣

My wife and I (29f and 33m) are looking to make some local adult friends and stuff. We kinda turned into hermits during the pandemic and it's time we changed that. We both like gaming (PC) and music (I'm a musician) and I like fishing (I have a couple kayaks) and more or less open to new stuff. 420 friendly/preferred. We don't really drink and we are both non-religious. Absolutely not interested in being friends with Trump supporters.

Need Repairs

Discovered a leak out of the drip pan in my AC system in my attic over the weekend. Discovered it by seeing water form in the ceiling of a bedroom. Ceiling, insulation, and the wood underneath the AC unit is going to need to be replaced. Is this best for a general contractor or is there a specific business ins Sanford that may be better suited?

Any recommendations at all would be great.
