Hello guys, i am trying to remove and replace my steering rod on my ms energy e21(eastern europe brand).

I removed all the screws and cables that would prevent it from moving.

I added lubricant because i thought it was stuck but it seems to rotate left and right if i move it while holding the tyre so it is not stuck in that way.

It just wont go up.

I tried hitting with the rubber mallet upwards like i saw in some tutorials but it is not moving.

Please help me if you at least have a tip on how yo yo it, i would love to do it myself before taking it to the setvice.

So,after a pretty rough start of the year with a disease, a back pain that made me stop at 100% for over a week, the bad weather (portugal) that left several sink holes on the roads, and hitting one with my car (2 tires, suspension arm, front suspension....). After getting my car fixed, in less than 24h hit a big dog (dog was fine although had to got another front bumper, headlight, radiator....)

So, my budget got destroyed, and with petrol prices... I started to think and.....

I do have 10 parkside performance 8ah batteries, all with a diy connector for external balancing and Bluetooth modules removed (their problem).

Bought a denver scooter (yeah, I know it's a denver....) for 20€, non working... Found out it was the battery and the controller. This one uses a steel frame, not alloy.

I had a 1500w ebike generic controller laying around so I decided to try.

Running 15S, as on 10S scooter felt weak on hills (I'm 95kg), using an external BMS to discharge. 3 speed modes, the highest drawing 28A, and the lowest 15A.

Got to say I am pretty impressed with this motor, as it can hit 42km/h (although my speed is 20/25kmh), full throttle mostly on hills. Being a 350w unit, even after a 5/6km ride with hills on 10+mins of riding, find the external motor shell at 40C.

I think i am getting addicted on this, as I haven't spent a dime on fuel for over a month (also my car has no mot right now and needs a 500€+ fix to be able to get the mot done).

Thinking of adding a front brake soon
