Hello I'm still an unexperienced seafarer, as im deck trainee, and I'm about to go on my first ship. I will be spending 3 months on the ship. I'm traveling from Bulgaria to Japan, from where I will board my ship. I use nicotine pouches daily and I want to bring some with me. I tried researching, but I thought it might be intricate when it comes to seafarers. So I'm spending one night in Japan before boarding my ship, would it be okay to bring with me 2 logs(20 cans of V&You) of nicotine pouches and should I declare them at the airport when i land?

I recently applied for the apprenticeship program, I just turned 50 year old and I am a little nervous about my age and going through the program. Is there anyone on here around my age that has recently gone through the program or recently applied? I called the admissions office a couple days ago and was told my application is still in review and to call back towards the end of the month. I just enrolled for my TWIC, I have a passport, and am going to apply for my MMC in a few weeks. I live in the Tampa Florida area also.
