Entrance 22nd
Is it possible to still get accepted by Semmelweis even if I do great? I’m worried that all my efforts will go down the drain. I heard everyone who took exam around end of May gets rejected or waitlisted most of the time.

Hello, we currently have a group chat for the girls who have just been accepted into Semmelweis for September 2026. It is for medical students however if any dentistry students or any other girls just wanna be able to get to know each other send me a dm and I can add you.💕
How can I access the sample test for the entrance exam for medical school+ what other sources for practice tests can I use
Hi there I am from the uk and will be taking the entrance exam of Semmelweis next year around April I was wondering if anyone else was doing the same thing in which case maybe we could make a group chat where we revise together give each other information and motivate each other 🤝 hope to find a lot of people
Guys is there anyone who got into Semmelweis like this week? Or are they wiat listing everyone :(
It feels so demotivating
i gave the exam at may 15th and the oral at 16th. i know some people were taking it today. could you guys let me know when you receive it? i would appreciate it🙏🏻
For the written test, I saw that most of the questions were actually from YouTube videos that they had posted (even though they weren’t officially shared).
In the Biology part,
they asked about the
•cell membrane—what lipids are, which proteins are found in the cell membrane, and how transport across the membrane is classified.
•They also showed a diagram of the endocrine system and asked about the kidneys and adrenaline, like its function, where it is located, and which hormone is secreted.
In Chemistry,
they asked about
•the structure of carboxylic acid and also
•carboxylic acid with alcohol. They also asked •definitions of enthalpy, entropy, and Gibbs free energy, along with the
•formula for Gibbs free energy and
•the meaning of its terms.
I missed the deadline to sign up for the exams on May 29th, will more exam dates be offered after or is that the last one? If thats the case who should I email?
i had my written test today and my oral tmrw, does anyone know how long after my interview i would recieve a decision???
i kinda messed up my biology written exam as in i have like 5 empty questions because i couldn't finish on time. the rest of the exam went well. would it be too much of a problem idk let me know if you guys had a similar experience and still got accepted
Today, I had my oral exam. I felt that the examiner was extremely strict and lacked empathy. He interrupted me several times and even missed what I was saying. He would then repeat what I had said, which was quite amusing. He also showed an organ, and when I opened my mouth to explain, he immediately shut me off and asked his very specific questions. Even when I gave the correct answer, which wasn’t what he had in mind, he would say yes but smth smth and it also felt like rage bait sometimes
I believe his rush might have been due to being behind schedule, but it was disappointing that I couldn’t demonstrate my knowledge because he had such a specific vision and wanted to rush through things.
My major issue, however, was a girl who had her own private tutor as her examiner (she said it herself) . This tutor had already informed her of the specific topics that would be asked during the exam. I find this very unfair, as she essentially took a cheat lane and took the easy path. Especially since the examiner I had was quite difficult to deal with and because we all had to learn all the topics and prepare a lot for this exam.
What would you guys do, because I I know she doesn’t deserve to get accepted but at the same time I’m not the kind of person to snitch

Hi everyone,
I applied to the Dentistry program at Semmelweis University.
During my first entrance exam attempt, I honestly don’t think I did very well, so I understood the rejection. But for my second attempt, I prepared much more seriously and genuinely felt that I did really well in both the written exam and the oral interview.
That’s why I was very surprised to receive another rejection.
I’m trying to understand what could have been the reason. Do they sometimes reject applicants even with good exam performance because of competition, limited seats, previous academic background, or something else?
— I want to understand what might have happened because I truly believed my second attempt went much better.
Has anyone experienced something similar, especially for Dentistry?
Thanks a lot.
I took the entrance exam at the end of April and unfortunately got waitlisted. I felt like most parts went well, my English was strong, and my CV and motivation letter were good. Although I probably didn’t answer some of the exam questions as well as I could have. I was also asked something that was outside the topic list, which threw me off.
I now have another chance to take the exam on May 18, and I feel much more prepared this time. I’ve reviewed the topics properly and I’m confident I can do well with the knowledge part, but I’m still nervous because it’s my second chance and I really don’t want to get waitlisted again.
Does anyone know if taking the entrance exam around mid/late May is considered too late? Have people still been accepted after taking the exam around these dates, or are most spots usually already filled by then?
Also, has anyone here taken the entrance exam once, gotten waitlisted, then taken it again and ended up getting accepted?
I know no one can give a definite answer, but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who had a similar experience.
Since the deadline's about to get over , will they even have seats left ?
Thank you .

all and every opinion is appreciated.. help me out pls:(
Is there any rules like.. We have to screenshare the whole time.. And 2 device setups? cuz my school hasnt informed me anything yet.. Im quite nervous.. My written exam is on 22nd may and oral on 24th..
Can someone explain me how to setup ny exam room cuz im joining via zoom and safe browser...
Do we also need 360 degree room checks before entrance? what if someone from my family walks in during the exam... Those stuffs..(especially my granny cuz shes old and cannot hear well anymore plus she forgets things in a short period of time)
Is it too late to apply to Semmelweis for medicine? I know the application is still open but do they still accept students at this point?
