I found this iphone 16 on the side of the road i knocked on the door at the house it was infront off but they said it was not theirs when i found it it had map open i clicked on end route by mistake it had i few notifications on the screen but i couldn’t see the number it looked like they tried to contact it look like they gave up on it cuz it was on gps satellite looked like they when an got a new phone the same day i think is on ios 26.1 or 26.3 ik trynna bypass it so i can used it as a research phone or jail break it anyone knows an can help im willing to pay “is screen locked only “ i didn’t try to reset so if i find the owner they have all their stuff but i think at this point they gave up on it

I have activation locked iphone xs on ios 18.7.6 and I wanna be able to use it

I just want to use this as a content device and nothing more I just want to get in maybe jailbreak it

This is a disabled iPhone XS running iOS 17.5.1. Is there any way to reset it without updating, or is there no hope?

Is it safe to restore so i can break the bypass permanently

Any help is extremely appreciated, I got this phone the other day and have been messing with it trying to get it reset I can’t figure anything or or find much info, it doesn’t connect to my pc even unless it’s in recovery mode it doesn’t pop up an option to trust this computer, it’s super locked down, where my options for wiping the phone or similar without losing the ios version?

Is there anything that can be done about this iPhone 6s running some iOS 10 version?
At this point it won’t even get recognized by a computer. I tried multiple cables, ports, Windows/MacOS.

I’m aware of entering DFU mode and then restoring but is there a NO DATA LOSS method out there? Mainly interested in the photos.

I have the access to AppleID account + I know the 4digit passcode. Last time it ran in 2021 on iOS 10.x.x (I can’t tell specifically as it won’t connect to pc now). It got blocked for maybe an hour (too many wrong attempts). Today I found it&powered it on and it’s showing this screen.
