Reading Siemens CT raw data

I have a Siemens Somatom Emotion scanner and want to use it to not just scan patients but also technical stuff. Unfortunately, the reconstruction algorithms cannot deal with the high contrast data. Is there a way to read the raw data and do the reconstruction myself? I can cover the reconstruction part skill wise, but I don't know how the data is encoded...

Siemens’s application process

Hi everyone, I applied for a job at Siemens and my application status has been “In Process (Recruiter)” for about 2 weeks now. Does this mean I’ve been rejected already?

I only received an email from Siemens saying thank you for interesting in their position and that they are currently reviewing applications with the hiring manager, and they would update me if there are any next steps.

Siemens Energy Graduate Program 2026 Germany

Hello, I've applied to the Siemens Energy graduate program Supplier Quality position in Erlangen, Germany, on March 31st, and it has been in the status "In Process by Recruiter" for over a month now, without any email, invitation, or anything. Is this also the case for other candidates? I'm really not sure what to expect or when I will get some feedback.

Passed recruiter screen for Siemens Energy Junior role (3 YOE). Status: "Hiring Manager" for 2 weeks. Help?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some insight from anyone who has gone through the Siemens Energy hiring process (specifically for Junior Engineer roles).
The Timeline:
• April 14: Applied for a Junior position.
• April 27: Got a call from a recruiter. It was a 10-minute phone call with covering my experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
• The Result: She said she liked my profile and would send it to the Hiring Manager. Also mentioned its now upto the hiring manager when it come to invite you to interview or not?
• Status Change: Immediately after the call, my portal status changed from 'In Process: Recruiter' to 'In Process: Hiring Manager.'

The Problem:
It has been exactly 14 days (2 weeks) since that call, and I haven't heard a word. I have 3 years of direct experience in this field, and my skills match the job description about 95%. The initial call felt very positive and the recruiter seemed impressed with my background.

My Question:
With 3 years of experience and a 95% match, is it normal for Siemens to leave a candidate in 'Hiring Manager' status for this long? Does the fact that the status hasn't changed mean I'm still being considered, or am I likely being 'ghosted' while they interview others? And is this slow paced moving in application normal with siemens energy?

Thanks in advance for your help!"

Question about Siemens Healthineers CSE background check / MVR

Hi everyone, I recently received an offer for a Customer Service Engineer / Field Service-type role with Siemens Healthineers. The role involves driving to customer sites and the posting says a valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

I’m currently going through the background check, and I’m a little concerned about my Motor Vehicle Record. I have one speeding violation: 86 mph in a 65 mph zone. This was in Georgia, so it may fall under Georgia’s Super Speeder category. There was no accident, no DUI, no reckless driving charge, no license suspension, and no other serious driving issues. My license is valid, and the ticket/fees are resolved or being handled properly.

I’m trying to understand how Siemens / Siemens Healthineers usually treats something like this for CSE/FSE roles. I know the final answer probably depends on fleet policy, insurance, HR, and the exact MVR review standard, but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through this or has seen similar cases.

A few questions:

  1. For Siemens Healthineers CSE/FSE roles, does one high-speed ticket usually cause an offer to be rescinded?
  2. Does Siemens define “good driving record” as a perfectly clean record, or more like no DUI/reckless/suspension/multiple violations?
  3. Is a single 86/65 speeding ticket likely to be treated as a major fleet issue?
  4. If the ticket is paid/resolved and the license is valid, does that usually make it acceptable?
  5. Has anyone seen Siemens Healthineers rescind an offer specifically because of one speeding violation?

I’m not looking for legal advice, just trying to understand how Siemens or similar field-service/fleet roles usually handle this during background checks.

Thanks in advance.
