[Discussion] Are Platinums Even Worth it After the Past Bit?
We all know about how Sony is killing the discs. However, this means that anything I invest towards on the Playstation platform is going to be tied towards an account that will be deleted only after 2 years of inactivity. Because of this, I feel like platinums and trophy hunting are dead now. What is the point of all of this? Before anyone mentions the Buddhist philosophy of everything decaying, I just don't want to waste my time on something that is always at risk of being thrown away.
Memento Mori
They're actively trying to suppress the outrage
Something Something Sony is Evil
This is what most commentary/informative videos are nowadays. Pure AI Slop garbage
I wish they would end these channels...
We need to start a response
Remember when sony tried killing the ps3, but the community got upset enough to force them to keep it? We need to actually cause Sony to panic and lose money. If you have another platform, try buying games on there instead. We need to try getting the Xbox leadership to support discs. We need to do anything legal or moral to force them to stop. It worked for the ps3, we can do it again
He looks so happy 😊
I've never seen him this happy
Muta is not going to wait for GTA 6 PC release
Little late to this maybe, he posted the video like 5 days ago but Muta said that he’s going to wait for pc release since there’s no disk. Cmon now Muta we know thats BS
I miss his old content
Idk the new stuff seems super repetitive and uninteresting, what happened to like virus investigations that was entertaining
Anyone else incredibly worried about GTA VI

This latest news isn't really surprising considering Rockstar has been priming us for this with GTA+ for a while now. Anyone who played the Expanded & Enhanced version of GTA Online saw how aggressively they pushed features to players who kicked over extra cash. Quality-of-life updates, exclusive outfits, and garage space were locked away, and it felt like a scumbag move to put heavily requested community features behind a paywall.
It seems Rockstar now feels they know exactly what the player base is willing to tolerate. They are completely comfortable locking in-game rewards and content away unless you give them the last four digits of your card. I want to take a "wait and see" approach, but seeing that the $100 Ultimate Edition actually locks five single-player stores behind an extra $20 premium is incredibly worrying. The specific locked shops include:
Spoke & Hub: A specialty motorcycle customization shop.
Mud & Gears: An off-road vehicle mod shop for trucks and ATVs.
The Velvet Razor: A high-end salon for exclusive character hairstyles.
Vice Vinyl: A boutique clothing store with premium outfits.
Overdrive Tuning: A performance mod shop for sports cars.
I'm just hoping this turns out to be a small thing in a much bigger game, and that everything else isn't going to be locked behind an extra 20 bones. On top of the financial greed, Rockstar has completely killed the physical market with this release. Since the physical version won't even include a disc, you are completely fucked if you have slow internet or rely on a jailbroken system that can't safely connect online.
EDIT : the game will release an disc in December
SIDE NOTE: I. I just want this to be the only drama that comes out about story mode hopefully its gonna be smooth ride until November I know in my guts that GTA Online 2.0 will be an issue snice no one who made the original online for V are there to make sure do and don't so im worry we might have 15 miles post ops vans for $5k
Oh no...not Mullvad...

The Mullvad founder gave millions to extremist far right party
>The IT company Mullvad’s founder Daniel Berntsson is behind a giant donation to the populist Örebro Party, which advocates “comprehensive re-immigration” from Sweden. “It’s sad that it’s needed,” he told Flamman.
> The five million from Berntsson make up the majority – as much as 72 percent – of the Örebro Party's income last year. It is also the largest single private donation to a party in 2025.
> The money also seems to have been the triggering factor for the party's decision to stand in the parliamentary elections.
It seems safer to assume that all tech companies are rotten until proven otherwise.
The main part is the party's support for so-called "remigration", [which is](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remigration)
> ethnic cleansing[1] via mass deportation of non-white minority populations, especially immigrants and sometimes including native-born citizens, to their place of racial ancestry
[About the immigration policy of the party](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%96rebro\_Party#Immigration\_and\_remigration\_policy):
> Markus Allard initiated heavy debate in 2025 by claiming that Sweden is "the land for/belongs to the Swedes" and that the Örebro party favors a large scale remigration policy. He also criticized the Sweden Democrats for, according to him, allowing too many immigrants into the country under their watch as confidence and supply to the Kristersson cabinet.
>
> In 2026 ÖP party leader Markus Allard sparked controversy on several occasions. In a debate hosted by Studio3 with Liberal member of parliament Martin Melin, Allard asked: "why won't the Liberals push for deporting 100 000 social welfare-Somalis?" and in the same debate said that "Sweden belongs to the Swedes. We have to make sure that we take care of our own damn people and we must deport these damn parasites who sit and live at our expense." [45]
>
> In a podcast segment about immigration and deportations Allard stated his opinion and said that "They will also be forced to leave, even if they are born in Sweden, because they have no natural connection to Sweden. They are not Swedish." [46]
[About the foreign policy of the party](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%96rebro\_Party#Foreign\_policy):
> In a podcast in May 2026 Allard clarifies some positions that his party holds and among other things made clear that leaving the EU and NATO were on the table for ÖP. Regarding NATO Allard claimed that Sweden cannot trust or rely on NATO and that the country should instead seek to massively increase its weapons production and also become a major arms exporter, arguing it would benefit the Swedish economy.[47][48]
