This is just a snipped of the sound, from where I got it from it was used for Jets and Space Aircrafts flying through the sky (most of the time even lower pitched than this one)
In the 2000’s The Batman cartoon, Mr Freeze has ice powers and shoots ice directly out of his hands, rather than through a gun like in other Batman media. When he’s using his ice powers there’s this really cool droning sound effect that I can’t get enough of. The sound effect is heard at 12:39 in this video

Does anyone know where I can listen to this sound effect? Is it on YouTube or some sound effects library. It sounds simultaneously ominous, yet calming and I’ve yet to find anything like it
