Trying out floor sitting - managed to sit for half a day before I needed to stand again. I chopped this desk down from a “normal” desk. It’s also light enough to stack on another desk to make a standing desk. Loving the flexibility (see what I did there).
I’ve recently started working from home more often, and I’m thinking about getting an electric standing desk for my home setup. At the office, we use standing desks, but my desk at home is just a regular fixed-height desk. I’m based in Australia and have been looking at a few brands, but I’m still not sure which one is actually worth buying for long-term use.
Ideally, I’d love a solid wood tabletop if possible. Does anyone here have experience with standing desk brands in Australia, like Desky, UpDown, Omnidesk, FlexiSpot, or any others?
I’ve had my eyes on getting a standing desk for a few months now I’ve been really looking into the Magnus Pro from secret labs but I am a taller person. I’m just over 6 foot three and I don’t want a table that’s gonna be super wobbly if I’m having it fully stood up so if you have any suggestions, please let me know if there’s any other Desk that you would rather buy or that I should buy.
