Hi all,

I’m exploring building a new kind of wellness + personal development platform and I’m looking for a potential co-founder or builder to explore it with.
I’m not looking to hire someone for a salary. I’m looking for someone who is interested in building something from the ground up and would want to be part of shaping it if there is alignment.

The idea (high level)
I’m not trying to build another online course or influencer brand.
The concept is a premium membership ecosystem focused on personal transformation and lifestyle design.
It sits at the intersection of:
wellness and health
psychology and human behaviour
identity change and habits
relationships and emotional wellbeing
business and wealth mindset
lifestyle design (food, travel, longevity, etc.)
The core idea is a private membership/community where people continuously evolve and improve their lives across multiple areas, not just one niche.

My background
I come from a mixed background across:
policing, executive operations and business support,
construction and project environments
governance and leadership support roles
Extensive health and wellness studies (Bachelor’s, MBA and other subsequent certifications and accreditations), lived experience navigating significant life transitions and personal rebuilding.
My strength is connecting ideas across disciplines and turning complex human behaviour into practical frameworks and experiences.
I’m strong on:
vision and concept development
people and psychology
communication and storytelling
identifying patterns and opportunities
building community and trust

What I’m looking for
I’m looking for someone who is stronger in:
technical / digital execution
systems and operations
building and launching online platforms
digital marketing / funnels / automation
product development or startup building experience
turning ideas into structured, scalable systems
Ideally someone who has:
built or worked in startups before (bonus)
experience with online communities, SaaS, or memberships (bonus)
strong execution mindset
comfort with ambiguity at early stage
You don’t need to “believe” in everything yet - just be curious enough to explore it properly.

How I see the partnership
At this stage it is early exploration.
If there is alignment, this could evolve into a co-founder relationship where we both contribute in different ways:
I focus on vision, content, community, direction and experience design
You focus on execution, systems, structure and scaling
But initially, it starts with a conversation and small steps, not assumptions.

What I’m not looking for
I’m not looking for an employee
I’m not looking for a social media manager
I’m not looking for someone who only wants a side project with no real involvement
I’m not looking for hype or “quick growth hacks”

Where I’m based
Brisbane, Australia (open to remote collaboration if aligned)

Final note
This is still early-stage thinking. I’m not trying to oversell it or pretend it’s fully formed. I’m trying to find the right person to build it with, if that person exists.
