Would you trust Malik and Reeve to build a Duplo house?
Albion City development corporation Ltd has but 2 names associated with it.
Joseph Reeve and Shiv Malik.
They both hold 50 share, or 50% of the Shares in the company, purchased for £0.01 each share.
The company has a value of 1 GBP £1.00.
I wanted to looked into there pedigree when it comes to construction, I will let you make your own conclusion for that from there linked in profile.
Neither seem have held a position for more than a couple of years, except when claiming self employed or there own consultancy business, which overlap other short term employment.
Whilst researching Albion on Companies House I found some interesting entrys for both Reeve and Malik with a string of dissolved Ltd Companies.
This may also explain the speed they propose to build Forest City 1, before they get bored and move onto some other mad scheme.
Unfortunately while this still hangs over central Suffolk it is impacting genuine plans for housing and construction.
