When did they start allowing extremely percussive fireworks on the property for hours on end? This is not the only night it's happened, but tonight it's gone on since well before the Macy's fireworks & it's now nearly 11 pm & still happening. Not sure where it's coming from, but those of us near playground 5 are getting blasted to fucking hell. Been here 50 years & this has never happened on the property, actually beats anything we ever had occur off the property, for that matter.

im considering an apartment in stuytown as the price is decent and size is pretty good. i’m just curious as to the reputation and what others think of it as i’ve never been there. when i look it up online people say it’s like the projects so I’m confused. please let me know! also is it safe?

What is up with the blue water in the Oval fountain. Looks awful!

Has anyone had experience with or heard of anyone having Stuytown turn their junior apartment into a full 1 or 2 bedroom by taking out the Flex walls that the apartment originally came with?

My WiFi was delivered from spectrum using the bulk rate etc from Stuytown. The setup is easy but I am looking for the cable to screw into the modem on the back. Has anyone done this that can provide help? I called resident services and they mentioned in the front hall closet, but I don’t see any outlets in there anyways for the modem to have power. Any help would be great.

Does anyone's AC smell musty when turned on? We had our filters changed but it's still not going away.

Wondering if others also experience it and how the service team has helped.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else in here but my apartment’s doorknob gets stuck about every few months and whether the apartment is locked or unlocked, the knob won’t move and I have to open the door using my key EVERY SINGLE TIME. So if I don’t have the key, even if the door is unlocked, I can’t get in.

Does anyone have a locksmith they recommend or ideas on how to fix this? I put in a maintenance request but the maintenance group can’t come until July 6th.

Any recommendations are welcomed. Thank you.
