I was running on the track when a lady calls me over and tells me I’m a real bitch. I was astonished as I’d never seen her in my life before, but she said that she had been waving at me to let her into the playground and I had ignored her, causing her to have to climb over the fence.

I genuinely did not see her, when I run I’m locked in, and I wouldn’t have had any reason to ignore her. I told her this and she ranted at me that I’m a liar, a not nice person and a bitch over and over again. She also said I “supposedly” live in Stuytown (ironic when she didn’t have a key card to get in).

After a bit of back and forth I walked away, as even though she was a fair bit older and smaller than me, she had crazy in her eyes and I didn’t want to be in the gated area with her. I haven’t lived in Stuytown for long but apparently there are some … odd folks here.

Anyway if you see a woman with white hair and black glasses come near you, walk away, you’re in for trouble!

Assuming that everyone who has gas line work done last summer got these? They're applying to pass the cost of replacing gas lines onto renters. It reads to me like "we improved the property!" when really it was just a municipal order to replace potentially hazardous gas headers all over the building.

Anyone have insight on this? It's only $9 but the principal seems like a cash grab. You are allowed to object officially, which I did.
