I recently got a brand new Aprilia SXR 50 (2026 model) and I’m a bit confused about the exact setup needed to install a top case.
Looking at the rear end of the scooter, there is no flat luggage rack pre-installed—just the standard rear grab handles/fairing.
I want to know:
Do I need to buy a specific metal top case fitting kit / mounting rack (like the SHAD Top Master A0SX55ST or the OEM Aprilia rack 1B009271) first before mounting any top case?
Is the universal plastic adapter plate that comes inside the top case box (e.g., SHAD SH40) enough on its own, or is it impossible to attach without that underlying metal rack?
If anyone with an SXR 50 has installed a top case recently, could you please share a link to the exact metal rack you bought and confirm what works best?

I've had my super73 Z miami for over a year now and I hated how the range sucked so I bought a Chi battery because I saw good reviews for it and they looked cool and it was working all fine for ages but yesterday it just sort of broke. I had it charging and randomly around 90% the screen on it just turned off and it wouldn't turn on again. I have no idea why and also no idea how to fix it. I've tried to plug it into the bike to make it somehow work and It didn't and no I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help me?
I've already emailed Chi support for help but they can take a week or so to respond
Where can I find leather grips for my 73 and also a new throttle. The throttle now hurts my thumb.

Was finally able to get the thule yepp maxi seat mounted to the OEM Super73 rear rack, which the kids love. However, I’m struggling to find a dependable kickstand solution that is sturdy enough to hold the bike up while getting them fastened in… I found this generic double leg on Amazon which works fine on totally legal hard packed ground but curious if y’all have any recommendations?

I want to get a super 73 so I don’t get rolled when I’m trying to hangout with my friends. I also want to wheelie and I’m wondering which one would be the best for wheelies and also have a good amount of range. And is there a good bike for wheelies after upgrades?

Hi everyone,
I have a SUPER73 S2 that is currently showing 9% battery (about 5 km remaining) in the SUPER73 app, and I’m having trouble figuring out whether it is actually charging.
The strange thing is that the charger LED stays red in all three situations:
Charger plugged into the wall, but NOT connected to the bike → 🔴 red
Charger plugged into the wall AND connected to the bike → 🔴 red
Charger connected to the bike, but NOT plugged into the wall → 🔴 red
I’ve checked the charging connector and it appears to be properly connected to the bike. The battery is also switched on while charging.
I left it connected for a while, but the app still shows 9%.
Is this normal behavior for the S2 charger?
Could the charger LED being red even when it isn't plugged into the wall indicate a faulty charger, or could the problem be the battery/charging port?
I’ve attached photos of the charger, connector, and charging port.
Any advice from other S2 owners would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
If anyone knows a way to test whether the charger is actually delivering power without opening the battery, I’d appreciate that too.
