Turned on the Superbox S7Ultra today after months of use only to get a Device Forbidden message and a locked screen. Unit was purchased from an authorized dealer. Had anyone found a solution for this?
So newbie question here. I haven’t purchased anything yet, but what are the requirements to run and operate a current superbox. Like how android literate do I need to be? I had a generic box like 12 years ago (think it was on eclair O/S). I eventually gave up on it and it’s sitting in a closet in my media room. I did software updates and tried to configure KODI, and fond validated servers, but it became more of a PITA than I was willing to deal with. Are these current boxes better and easier to use from a consumer standpoint? Do they come preconfigured? How much of a chore is it to keep them up to date. I am not a complete amateur with this stuff, but found I was spending about 30 minutes to an hour trying to get everything working right when I had this last one, and would get fed up and wind up not watching anything. For context, I’m more interested in movies and other shows than live sports and foreign feeds. Currently, I’ve all but given up on my old box, and just using moviebox pro thru the KFPanda front end, or some variant of 123Movies on an Opera browser running thru a vpn. And doing these on either a iPad or iPhone and casting to my tv.
Is there a more elegant (read easy) to do this with the current iptv superbox, or should I just stick to what I’m doing now? Let me know your opinions!
Everything was working fine yesterday, but today it won’t load! It got stuck at 95%, so I deleted the app and went back to download it again. It shows it downloaded to 100%, but it won’t launch!
I'm having issues with certain movies not playing. It will start playing, and usually with in 30 seconds, the video will pause. I can still hear audio and Cc will be working. Any help would be appreciated.
Recently all of my tv and vods have become blank. This is on all apps. Have reset box and problem is still there
I just received my SuperBox 7 Ultra. I have it up and running despite the lack of decent documentation.
#1 - The remote did not function, fortunately I Goggled my problem and found it needed to pair the remote to the SuperBox.
#2 - Using the remote requires my pointing the remote directly in the line of sight of the SuperBox.
Most of my remotes for TV and Firestick don’t require my pointing the remote directly at the receiver.
#3 - Is there a site where I can find more detailed setup information regarding apps for VOD and Live TV?
#4 - The list of local TV stations does not include all of my local TV stations. Who might be the manager of the list of local TV stations and can I contact that person to request a local station?
#5 - Are answers available on Reddit or Discord?

Has or will Superbox Blue TV pick up the Sports channels that replaced local Ballys Sports? One I am looking for is DSN (Detroit Sports Net). Think all major markets have their own version of this.
i know this is for the s7 max but im using a s5 max sorry!
so when i load up blue VOD i sometimes get the error -17 (or some random number sometimes) when i try to load a movie/show. My workaround is just cleaning the cache but idk if theres a better way of doing things?
the other gripe i have is the buffering for certain shows or movies is slow and takes awhile to resume playing, is there anything i can do for that?
Anyone else run into this issue? I bought 2 from CJ a few months ago. One of them now randomly loses hdmi signal and won't come back until I reboot. Any ideas on how to fix it?
