As the Davisville Village affordable housing lottery has just closed, I’m starting this thread so applicants can share updates when they begin receiving emails regarding document submissions, selection, approvals, and move-in.

Please include the following information when sharing updates

•Date you applied or submitted your Expression of Interest (EOI)

•Your specification – 1 / 2 / 3 bedroom

•Salary or 2025 Tax NOA income range

•Field of work

•Date you received an email/document submission request/acceptance

•Approval and move-in date (if applicable)

Anyone having issues submitting the interest form for 235 Balliol by Everworth?

Hi guys! I know theres an update thread already but it was created a while ago and it’s been some time since ppl have contributed to it. Hoping to reignite some convo on this place.

Im posting this to find out if anybody has heard back/ knows anything about where things are at this point in the process? I’m still waiting to hear back. Being patient but a little frustrated with the lack of communication on their end lol. Did we even get application numbers assigned to us this go-around? Are assigned numbers the norm for the lottery? My first time doing this if u couldn’t tell haha.
