I honestly think fish and shrimp tacos deserve way more love.
A warm tortilla, perfectly seasoned fish or shrimp, crunchy slaw, fresh pico de gallo, avocado, a drizzle of creamy sauce, and plenty of lime… it’s one of those meals that tastes like summer no matter the season.
They’re lighter than beef tacos but still incredibly filling and packed with flavor.
