Realising we weren’t “broken”after all

The longer this madness goes on the clearer it is that those in society who have been given diagnoses, medicated, put in psychiatric units and who are feeling burnt out and chronically fatigued are actually the ones with the very traits needed for a functioning human world.

Empathy and high perception are a massive inconvenience to this system which is why we’ve been made to feel like we’re broken.

But we are not.

Possessions ≠ Success

We're conditioned to believe that having a lot of stuff means we've made it.

The truth is...

There came a point when I could no longer afford to keep all my possessions.

For a few years, I felt sorry for myself.

Then, about three years ago, I looked back and realized something...

I wasn't stressed anymore.

Instead, I felt grateful.

All that stuff never gave me peace. It gave me more things to worry about.

I couldn't see it at the time, but it brought constant stress:

Finding a place to store everything.
Worrying someone might steal it.
Paying to insure it, just in case it was stolen.
Maintaining, organizing, and taking care of it all.

Now, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

None of that stuff ever brought me lasting happiness.

What it really taught me is this:

The things that matter most in life aren't things.

Now I know what's truly important.

For Electrolytes: Use 1 tsp per glass of filtered water

We don't get enough minerals in our diet anymore, so many of our foods have been depleted

filtered water
a plastic lid (metal lids can corrode)

Directions:

Your sole water is ready when some undissolved salt remains on the bottom of the jar. This indicates the water has become fully saturated.

1800s - The Great Reset

Pamela's Theory

I believe our true history is a very different history than what we've been told.

I'm finding the 1800s, or perhaps even earlier, we already had advanced technology, including free energy.

If life was so advanced, then what happened?

The Robber Barons happened

They couldn't profit from the advanced technology people were already using.

Their wealth depended on selling an inferior technology using fuel, machinery, and infrastructure that people no longer needed.

So, they had a motive to eliminate the existing technology and replace it with inferior technology that could generate enormous, ongoing profits.

But replacing superior technology with something worse would never be accepted voluntarily.

People would not willingly abandon safe, inexpensive, highly efficient technology in exchange for something more costly, less reliable, and more dangerous.

So, how do you convince an entire civilization to accept an inferior replacement?

You erase the old world first.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Old World Architecture

The magnificent Old World Buildings, including cathedrals - were constructed from stone and marble with a level of craftsmanship that we struggle to reproduce today.

No original blueprints exist for any of these structures, and the histories surrounding them have been fabricated, when you look into them they show names of people who have no training and/or the timing would not be possible.

Many of these buildings have plaques stating they were "founded by Freemasons" rather than "built by Freemasons." I find that wording interesting, especially since the term literally contains the words "free" and "mason."

Timeline Begins 1800? Pt 1

These Buildings are Older than the Cities that Built Them

In photographs from the 1840s and 1850s, you can see it clearly. A brand new city - muddy streets, wooden storefronts, canvas tents.

And somewhere in the frame, a building that doesn't belong. Stone. Columns. Proportions that suggest permanence. A structure that looks like it was built to last centuries, standing in the middle of a city that was built last week.

Philadelphia City Hall: criticised for looking too old the day it opened.

St. Louis Courthouse: a Greek Revival monument built in 1839 for a frontier city of 16,000 people.

The Palais du Trocadéro: built for a World's Fair, looked ancient before it was finished.

In city after city, across America and Europe, the same pattern. Buildings designed in styles that were already historical. Criticized, at the time, for looking like relics before they were complete. Not too new. Too old.

Tartaria

Erased from our maps and history.

They talk about a mud flood.

Cathedrals

Cathedrals were never intended primarily as places of worship.

Instead, they functioned as energy receivers and transmitters, while also serving as places of healing.

Airships

Airships were once a safe, affordable, and practical form of transportation.

They were reportedly common around the world, docking at towers, skyscrapers, and even specially equipped ships where they could anchor and recharge.

Long-distance flights, such as between the Mediterranean and South America, reportedly took around three days and featured hotel-style accommodations, making travel both comfortable and efficient.

In many photos of Old World Architecture, the sky has been erased. Why? To hide the fact that Airships were prevalent in those times?

Radiant Heat

Homes were heated by cast-iron radiant heaters that used natural gas and ceramic bricks to retain heat for hours.

Because they produced radiant heat rather than open flames, they required no chimney, produced no smoke, and provided a safe, inexpensive way to heat a home.

Plant Medicine

For thousands of years, people relied on plants as their primary form of medicine.

Herbal remedies were grown locally, passed down through generations, and used to treat a wide variety of illnesses.

Medicine that was natural and free.

INFERIOR TECHNOLOGY

Ether / Aether

Was removed from periodic table.

Why?

So, we wouldn't find out that we can get our energy from the air?

John D Rockefeller used his philanthropy (manipulation), to shape each industry he was involved in, to his favor

Kerosene Lamps to Heaters

When electric light bulbs were introduced, Rockefeller could no longer rely on kerosene lamps for profit.

He shifted his focus to kerosene heaters instead.

Radiant heating was then discredited, and building codes were rewritten to phase it out in favor of technologies that relied on petroleum products.

The Internal Combustion Engine

The internal combustion engine created an enormous demand for gasoline and motor oil.

Since gasoline was a byproduct of refining kerosene, and every engine required oil, this technology perfectly aligned with Rockefeller's financial interests.

Once airplanes were introduced, they too relied on internal combustion engines, further increasing the demand for petroleum.

The Hindenburg Disaster

My theory is that the Hindenburg disaster was a false flag event designed to permanently convince the public that airships were dangerous.

If people believed airships were unsafe, they would more readily accept airplanes as their replacement.

Erasing the Previous Civilization

Simply introducing inferior technology would never have been enough.

The evidence of the previous technology also had to disappear.

My theory is that the largest cities were deliberately destroyed, eliminating physical evidence of the advanced world while also killing millions of people who remembered it.

The Great Fires

Many major cities - including Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco, Seattle, Jacksonville - experienced devastating fires that all began during the cover of night.

No official death records, only rough estimates being provided.

The destruction shown in many photographs resembles the aftermath of a modern war zone, raising questions because stone and marble buildings do not burn in the same way wooden structures do.

Sanitariums and Asylums

Around this same period, thousands of sanitariums and asylums appeared across the United States.

My theory is that adults who survived and refused to abandon their knowledge of the previous advanced civilization were institutionalized.

Before and after the tuberculosis era, families generally cared for relatives at home or used much smaller facilities, making the sudden explosion in large institutions seem unusual to me.

The Orphan Trains

The orphan trains reportedly relocated approximately 250,000 children across the United States.

There are very few official records documenting many of these children's identities or backgrounds.

My theory is that many of these children survived the destruction but were too young to remember the advanced world they had been born into.

They were sent across the country to begin new lives. There were just enough people left, probably paid to stay quiet, to raise these children. Some found loving families, others were trained for industrial labor. Some were exploited as little more than slaves, with virtually no oversight or protection.

Aluminum Industry

Aluminum Industries faced another problem: fluoride, a toxic byproduct that was expensive to dispose of safely.

According to my theory, scientists were paid to promote its supposed benefits, allowing governments to purchase and distribute it through public water supplies.

Fluoride is toxic and it cailifies the pineal gland

Music

Music shifted from 432 Hz to 440 Hz.

432 Hz felt like harmony
440 Hz feel like chaos

Education

Education evolved into a system that, in my opinion, rewarded obedience more than independent thought.

Institutions that claim to inform the public became institutions that controlled the narrative.

They didn't want a nation of thinkers, they wanted a nation of workers

Pulled Away From Nature

Food

Humanity was separated from nature.

So, we couldn't grow our own food, we have to rely on grocery stores for our food.

Even the food we buy is, increasingly filled with harmful ingredients, while many medicines treat symptoms instead of addressing the root cause.

Medication

John D. Rockefeller entered the pharmaceutical industry.

After building his fortune in oil, Rockefeller invested heavily in medical education, research, and institutions.

Rockefeller used his philanthropy (manipulation) to force medical schools and doctors to stop using plant medicine, to push his synthetic petroleum-based pharmaceuticals.

Used third-party research companies that he secretly owned to show the results that would favor his products.

He purposely made pharmaceutical medicine become the standard, and made traditional herbal practices to be dismissed, labeled as unscientific, or marginalized.

This shifted medicine away from natural plant-based remedies, toward synthetic, petroleum-derived pharmaceuticals that could be patented, manufactured, and sold for ongoing profit.

Unlike many medicinal plants, synthetic drugs can be patented, creating exclusive ownership and a continuous revenue stream.

This fundamentally changed the economics of medicine.

Pharmacies instead of using natural plant medicine, and systems that required us to purchase nearly everything we once could have provided for ourselves.

Copper

And now, I learn dangerous toxic pool chemicals, we're unnecessary, and to realize the the copper pipes we once had in our homes we stopped using for nefarious reasons, it's not about cost.

Nature vs Synthetic

I also believe this marked a broader shift away from nature itself.

The human body evolved alongside nature and is designed to interact with natural foods, clean water, sunlight, plants, and the Earth's ecosystems.

When we replace natural substances with synthetic ones, we often introduce compounds the body was never designed to process.

The same pattern can be seen throughout our environment.

Synthetic chemicals pollute our soil, water, and air, while many manufactured products leave lasting damage to ecosystems.

In my view, what harms nature ultimately harms us, because we are part of nature - not separate from it.

I believe this increased our dependence on synthetic products while reducing our reliance on the natural world that had sustained humanity for generations.

Federal Reserve

President Woodrow Wilson was manipulated into signing it into law in 1913.

One year earlier, three prominent opponents of a central bank died aboard the Titanic.

Coincidence?

Democracy

Our 2-party system, we were told it's about "choice".

NO, it's NOT - It's about DIVISION

Are our so-called leaders being controlled by a third party.

It explains why so many of their decisions appear to be against the best interests of humanity.

We've all witnessed it with our own eyes and heard it with our own ears.

World's Fairs

World's Fair started happening after after the memory of the advanced technology was erased.

Purpose of the World's Fairs

I believe that was the purpose of the World's Fairs, to gaslight, program or brainwash the people, to show off their inferior technology as progress, and introduce, processed food as progress and convenience. For an excuse, to demolish Old World Architecture. So, people wouldn't look into how they were created and why.

In 1893, a complete city was built from empty swampland on the shores of Lake Michigan in under two years.

Over 200 grand classical buildings. Its own electrical grid, railroad terminals, police force, and waterways.

27 million people walked through its gates - one in every four Americans alive at the time. Then, officially, it was gone. Except fourteen of those buildings are still standing today. In their original locations.

With their original foundations. Quietly reclassified under different names, absorbed into the city around them - as if they had always been there.

If the buildings were temporary - why do the foundations tell a different story? And why does the same pattern repeat, Fair after Fair, city after city, across the same narrow window of history?

They are still there, you can visit them and put your hand on the stone.

When you Google about the buildings the World's Fairs were centered around, it states...

...90% to 95% of all structures built for World's Fairs were intentionally destroyed, dismantled, or lost to fires. These buildings were proof of advanced technology, but they used their cover story to destroy these buildings.

When I step back and look at all these pieces together, I don't see isolated events. Whether you acknowledge it or not, we see a pattern that is undeniable.

The Pattern

A pattern of replacing abundance with dependence, replacing freedom with control, replacing truth with a carefully constructed narrative.

To disempower us and take away our sovereignty.

Whether people agree with this theory or not, I believe one thing is becoming increasingly clear:

Nothing is what we're told it is.

Conclusion

If this theory is correct, then the purpose of the destruction was not simply to replace one technology with another.

It was to erase an entire civilization, remove the evidence of advanced technology, reshape history, and create a new economic system built around industries that generated continuous profits for a small group of powerful individuals.

Personal Note

It makes me look back at Louis and Clark, did they really exist and if they did, did they really do an expedition?

Because, if it really happened they would have written about all these buildings that were already here long before.

I sincerely believe, nothing we've been told and/or taught is true.

Since 2025, I've learned by using copper dowsing rods, we can all communicate with all forms of consciousness.

I communicate with my guides, archangels, ascended masters, historical figures, plants, pets and of course our Cosmic Cousins of the GFW (GFL).

I desire truth, the truth of who and what we are. The truth behind the narrative we've been told, looking into scandals and historical stories. So, that is what I use them for and also to find out my plants needs.

So, I asked about the fires and the mud flood, and it turns out, it was some kind of directed energy weapon that caused all of them.

And the Third Party that has been controlling our so-called leaders, and manipulating and influencing Humanity for 1,000s of years, is behind it all.

And, they confirmed everything I have stated here.

But, I don't want you to believe me, I want you to wake up and question everything, and learn for yourself.

We've been lied to and manipulated our entire lives, in every aspect of life.

It's safe to assume that our beliefs are based on those lies.

We need to let go of our limiting and negative beliefs, and approach the unknown with a child-like curiosity instead of fear.

We need to adopt a love-based mindset.

Because, humanity has been operating from a fear-based mindset for far too long.

Love and curiosity keeps us open to all possible new truths, we never knew existed.

Fear and negativity blocks us.

It's about the Ascension and us being gods before we came here. About what Gaia wants. About the Gnostic Sophia creating not only the Demiurge but Chaos itself. Then on the flipside about the Holy Spirit as Christos, being the voice for GOD (absolute Oneness outside this dream of separation).

Let me first preface this with...

There are 1,000s of different alien species in our Universe.

I have a compiled a list of 168 different alien species that have interacted with Earth at one time or another, and only 31 of them are malevolent.

There are around 10 different types of Grey alien species.

Here in Earth there's at least 10 different on-world alien species, that have been here long before modern man, living inside Earth or underwater.

Most of them are benevolent, but stay hidden because they're waiting for us to grow tf up.

WHO IS THE GFW?

GFW, Galactic Federation of Worlds, a council consisting of 337 different benevolent species, who have sworn to protect developing planets.

They decided borders, competition and conquering was not bringing them to their goal of being divine. So, they all came to the conclusion, that it is better to cooperate, help, share technology with other species.

Earth/Terra is considered a developing planet, because humanity is still in its infancy, moving into toddler hood.

They abide by the Law of Free Will. They can't interfere with our development, unless the majority of the people ask for help and/or to prevent total planetary destruction.

They have been offering their help since 1954, we came close to getting it too, until greed stepped in.

GATEKEEPING FREE ENERGY

In 1954, at Edward’s Air Force Base, President Dwight D Eisenhower was in the process of finalizing a deal with several representatives of the GFW.

The deal was, they would share their advanced technology, including free energy, with the world and help raise our consciousness, so we're mature enough to handle, the technology they'll be bestowing upon us. In return, they only wanted us to dismantle and destroy all our nukes.

But, before the deal could be finalized, the MJ-12 and factions of military industrial complex, went behind Eisenhower's back and made a deal with the malevolent on-world NHI, Reptilians/Draconians and the Greys they control.

The deal was, they would give them access to their technology, including free energy, in return they wanted to abduct humans, without military interference.

Why did they do that?

So, they could gatekeep the technology, to use as they wish, to keep humanity dependent on oil and to prevent the oil-igarchs from losing their, power, profit and control.

Since then, the GFW came back several more times, offering their help to two other presidents and other world leaders, but were denied.

I believe, the third party had too much of a stranglehold on our so-called leaders, by that time.

So since it was evident that our government doesn't have humanity’s best interests at heart, they decided to go to humanity instead.

ALIEN MESSAGE to MANKIND

So in 2004, they sent us a channeled message, written on a web page, with now date and no author name. It made its rounds around forums and in a book.

This is a message from the GFW, which they describe....

who they are
who we are
the condition our world is in
who is controlling humanity (the third party)
what they will do for us

The main purpose of this message was to get as many people as possible to cast their individual vote, in order to do so they just to need to think about the question, and give their answer, either out loud or inside their head.

What was the question?

Do You Wish that We Show Up?

They offered their help and all they asked of us, was to translate the message into as many languages as we can and share with the world.

They thought, if we did as they requested, they would be able to show up in 2 years max.

Their request fell on deaf ears, no one took it seriously.

They have been waiting to receive the required minimum of votes in order to proceed.

So, 21 years later, I came across the message and shared it, along with a few other people.

And what was the first thing I heard?

"I saw this 10 years ago, and they still haven't shown up"

Of course they haven't shown, because people like this didn't share it.

December 2025 - Bashar announced Open Contact 2027

So, here we are 22 years later. It worked! Finally enough people responded.

ME AND THE GFW

In 2025, through using dowsing rods, I learned, that I'm able to communicate with all forms of consciousness - guides, plants, pets, aliens, etc...

Since then, I've had several visits, 2 of them being representatives of the GFW.

Which brought me to the realization that Poltergeists aren't what we think they are.

There energies or beings trying to get a message through to us, but because of our perception, we don't see or hear them, so they have to get our attention somehow.

Just like when I got visited by the representatives of GFW, when my heart and breath rate normalized, I grabbed my rods and asked questions. It was pretty amazing, with a lot of synchronicities.

GFW Sent Me a Message

When I shared this message, I had to give tips about the message, because they didn't use proper names. Instead, they used names that look more like reddit usernames with words. The one thing that sets them apart from the other words is, the first letter is capitalized.

The link took me to a web page, It wasn’t a normal web page layout.

(which wasn’t mentioned at all in the message)

On the bottom of the message, was a link to an advanced holographic technology website. Seemed odd to me why they would include this. Then, my roommate reminded me about Project Blue Beam.

The message had 2 sections,

Part 1) Observing and Protecting Us

They've been observing us eons, analyzing us to see if there was any hope for us.

At first, It was not an easy read, because the names the used sounded more like Reddit usernames, instead of proper names. I explained all of this when I wrote about this story in my post, in my community.

They were wondering, since we have been so controlled, would we be able to come back from it? Do we have a mind of our own?

They noted a couple times man went against protocol and chose not to launch the nukes. Those times meant a lot to them.

They know the third party has forced us into conflicts and war, it wasn’t done by man alone. They believe, if we weren’t influenced or controlled by the third party, we could actually make better decisions.

They know we've been deceived our entire lives, in every aspect of life. They're aware of everything we go through.

3I/ATLAS

Part 2) the Purpose of 3I/Atlas

September 2025, I decided to ask our Cosmic Cousins questions about 3I/Atlas, this I found out:
