I picked up a free tall bike today that needs essentially a full rebuild. After my last bicycle project, this will be a fun one!

The plan is to fully strip the frame, inspect the welds, re-do any iffy welds, new paint, some new parts, reassemble, and ride!

Tall-Bike School: teaching mounting and dismounting a tall bike on the U of O Campus

About 9 out of 10 people are able to mount and dismount the red tall bike (one being hauled in bike cart). It's my learner tall-bike that I made specifically to show people how to ride a tall-bike. The people who don't make it are the ones who can't make that harrowing step up of faith. That one courageous push up to then take a seat and start pedaling. Tall-bike mounting is like 95% courage, 5% skill/strength. I have done Tall Bike school about 20ish times. I have prolly showed like 100+ people. So far no one has injured themselves badly. There has only been like a few scrapes. Most of the time people get it on their 1st try (i have learned some great techniques to show people how to successfully do it)

How would I go about obtaining a tall bike?

I would like either some good instructions on how to make one or what kind of business I could ask to make a body for one.
