Two weeks ago there was an incident in my neighborhood. I felt something was weird a few days before but I don’t know it was related to me feeling weird if that makes sense. I felt like I was being watched. Monitored. I started hearing voices. And ever since, I’ve been hearing them 24/7.

I considered mental health. But it didn’t make any sense. I was happy, enjoying life, and doing very well. I was paying off debt (which I didn’t stress about), I saw life as just a ride, and fun challenge. I went to sauna and cold plunge, worked out, and ate very healthy. I literally was fine.

Then the weird shit started happening. I heard my neighbors talking. They were very loud a lot. Closing drawers and doors. A lot of new people moved in recently in my building. I don’t know what they were discussing always or who — but sometimes it was vulgar or sexual. Suddenly, the voices carried into my life no matter what. More voices. Mostly men. One woman — maybe two? But they could be recordings half the time because they repeat the same things over and over.

They judge or criticize me. They laugh and mock me. And then sometimes they say very flattering things. The worst is when it gets of a sexual nature. Of course now I know what it is, I can try to ignore it. But at first it gave me lots of anxiety. I had really bad anxiety attacks from it and felt afraid to be alone in my own home.

Now I’ve been doing research into this. I considered mental health but I’m not psychotic. And a lot of things happened that I could go into further detail that would point to this tech being used.

I just want it to stop. I want to stop this from happening to anyone else—- but I also kind of just want to run off to a new country. It’s torture.

It’s literally torture.

Is there a way to find who is doing it for certain? Is there a way to block it for good?

The FBI and military intelligence are investigating. In addition to death threats, Amy Eskridge observed a mysterious mechanism causing her pain and visible burns on the body, and she said it also burned her blinders.

It matches an undocumented black project used by a clandestine unit of some intelligence agency. Many victims complain about it. They show their burns, but they cannot prove what causes them.

Victims lack a method to trace the observed effect back to its causing stimulus. Victims observe it happens from a distance. Probably, there is an unconventional weapon system capable of targeting anybody. It is operated while remaining undocumented. This unconventional weapon formally does not exist. It is used with plausible deniability.

Unlike a clandestine unit of some intelligence agency that does special operations with plausible deniability, ordinary black operations are carried by SAS and Delta Force.

It is still unclear which clandestine unit, of what intelligence agency, has a connection to a Global Situation Awareness System that has futuristic capabilities, ahead of the state of the art by decades. One such capability is a surveillance of the human inner voice, and the surveillance works from a distance using unconventional physics. Traces lead to Russia.
