Intelligence/Military Situational Awareness System for Dominance

Our cognition can perceive auditory stimuli, tactile stimuli, visual stimuli, vestibular stimuli, and other. We reason over these stimuli to make sense of the situation that we observe. And then, we respond to the situation by taking action, or by creating new beliefs and remembering them.
The same process is automated using an intelligence/military situational awareness system. It can perceive stimuli, reason to make sense of the situation it observes, and respond by taking an automated action, or by creating new beliefs and remembering them.
My primary hypothesis that explains why victims of targeting hear their own human inner voice, with an unwanted communication added there, is a situational awareness system. The environment in which people live is reached by remote sensors scanning for activity and remote actuators capable of influencing activity.
When sensors and actuators are connected to a situational awareness system, the system acts like an artificial brain. It sees and knows everything through sensors, and it can reason about every situation in real-time to provide immediate responses. Some of the responses use an actuator that sends stimuli to make people hear, in their own inner voice, an unwanted communication from a hostile system.
This emulates sch*, however sch* means "persistent irrational beliefs". Situational awareness system is rational. When sensors and actuators are undocumented black projects, ahead of the published state of the art, and unacknowledged, they formally do not exist. Deranged medical lunatics can argue out of ignorance that lack of evidence is an evidence of absence, which is a logical fallacy. And to make it worse, medical lunatics can argue it is an evidence of persistent irrational beliefs. Medical lunatics call victims misleadingly sch* to mystify and persuade without giving true reasons. There are no objective, scientific tests for sch* and therefore the whole sch* is just a subjective opinion of one deranged medical lunatic. It is enough to put a 100% healthy person in hands of sick people who will insult him that he is persistently irrational, and poison his brain with their drugs to disable him. Medical lunatics are sick people. They do not know what they are doing and they cannot be reasoned with using logic. All they have is their book of hate (DSM) in which they hate behaviors, and they are on a mission of "behavioral hygiene" similar to "racial hygiene" pursued by Hitler to disable or kill everyone who has a different race than what medical lunatics want the race to be.
People who are targeted behave differently because they are targeted with a system that responds to what they are thinking. Responses are usually death threats, insults, arguing. It leaves no evidence (this makes it a clandestine operation with plausible deniability). While a person who is targeted thinks about what this is, or why this is happening, responses include various disinformation to gaslight victims into believing it is something else than it is (this type of responding makes it a false flag operation).
Medical lunatics mislead both the victims and the public. Instead of helping the victims, medical lunatics insult the victims that they are being irrational, poison the victims' brain to disable them, and insist on keeping the victims disabled with anti-thinking drugs.
Victims concentrate in various online spaces, but ignore instructions to take a course in propositional logic, such as https://www.coursera.org/learn/understanding-arguments/ and research methods, such as https://www.udemy.com/course/research-methods-q/ Due to lacking these 2 courses, victims are stuck in a loop, where they keep creating invalid deductive arguments and weak inductive arguments. Then, they present their non-sequitur conclusions as if they were facts. With the understanding arguments course, victims could create valid deductive arguments that have guaranteed conclusions. Due to skipping the research methods course, victims fail to distinguish between their hypotheses and proved facts. Victims generate a hypothesis and present it as a fact. Then, victims are called irrational. With the research methods course, victims could ask a valid research question and ensure it is feasible. Feasibility of research requires checking whether victims can empirically observe the phenomenon they want to study. It also requires that victims search for literature to ensure they can access prior research on their topic of interest. Then, victims might answer their research questions themselves by applying the scientific method. For example, victims will design a valid experiment to test a null hypothesis, and their first hypothesis. Findings will be empirical and reveal which hypothesis is true, if any. Victims can also try to find an underlying principle or law in literature to explain their phenomenon of interest via valid deductive arguments with guaranteed conclusions.
Since victims still keep ignoring these 2 courses, their conclusions are probably always incorrect. They probably always end up in a blind alley. Victims stay stuck there without knowing they have to reverse and drive back to the last crossroad. At the crossroad, victims may need to take a different turn. With valid reasoning, such as taught in the "understanding arguments" course, victims are taught how to start driving correctly to the destination.
Victims of targeting should have their metaphorical destination set as a Situational Awareness System that's used by some intelligence/military organization which has it connected to sensors and actuators that remotely interact with the environment we live in. When the system talks back while victims think, they will get into the fight or flight response. When victims don't respond to the unwanted inner voice responses from the system, they may get helpless, hopeless, ashamed, shut-down, trapped, start preparing for death, and it is because victims think they can't fight or flight this life threat.
The reality is victims can fight it by taking the two courses above, understanding arguments and research methods. Then, victims can counter each unwanted response from the system using redirection, to think it back against the person who sent it, and victims can intentionally misinterpret some words to make it funny. Victims can minimize the significance of those automated responses by deliberately redirecting and misinterpreting everything to make it sound funny and entertaining, and then victims are no longer in a fight or flight mode. Victims can have a normal social engagement again, and pretend as if everything was OK. This makes victims grounded, calm in connection, settled, compassionate, curious, open, in the present.
In my opinion, victims can make progress only with the 2 courses above, or equivalent knowledge obtained otherwise.
