Need advice: Adjusting suspension preload on Teverun Blade GT II Plus 🛴
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to dial in the ride on my Blade GT II Plus and need to make some minor adjustments to the preloaded springs. I’ve got my spanner ready for the tension collars, but I want to make sure I don't mess anything up before I start turning.
I have two main concerns:
1. Hidden Locking Mechanisms: Are there any hidden set screws, grub screws, or secondary locking collars on the shock body that I need to loosen first? I really don't want to strip the threads if something is locked down.
2. Loosening Limits: Is there a safe limit or visual indicator for how far I can back off the tension? My biggest worry is loosening the collar so far that the spring unseats or the shock assembly comes apart entirely.
Does anyone have experience with this specific setup, or happen to have the technical schematics/step-by-step instructions for the GT II Plus suspension?
Appreciate any advice
