Help evaluate and train next-generation AI speech and text models. No AI or technical background required - your native language intuition and attention to detail are what matter.

What You’ll Do

• Listen to Thai audio samples to assess pronunciation, intonation, nativeness, and fluency against guidelines.
• Identify subtle linguistic errors or dialect nuances in model outputs.
• Provide concise written feedback and scoring justifications in English.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• Strong English proficiency for understanding evaluation guidelines and documenting written feedback.
• Sharp attention to detail and audio clarity.
• (Bonus) Experience in linguistics, translation, transcription, voice coaching, or teaching.

We are an early stage team building an AI powered platform that allows users to generate, preview and modify complete web applications through conversation.

We are looking for a full time remote Full Stack Engineer. We are open to candidates based in India, the Philippines and Thailand.

What you will work on

1. Building and improving the product across the frontend and backend.
2. Diagnosing failures in application generation, previews and deployments.
3. Integrating AI models and improving the application generation pipeline.
4. Working with Docker based environments that run generated applications.
5. Testing the complete user journey and preventing regressions.
6. Improving product reliability, performance and security.

You do not need previous experience with every part of the stack. However, you should have strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, experience building complete applications and the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.

The person we are looking for

Technical ability matters, but ownership matters just as much.

We want someone who tries to understand why something is being built, rather than simply completing a task. You should ask questions, challenge unclear assumptions and investigate the root cause of problems.

You should communicate progress without needing to be chased. When work is complete, you should be able to explain what changed, demonstrate that it works, provide testing evidence and identify any remaining limitations.

If you become blocked, we expect you to communicate the issue and continue finding useful work where possible. We need someone who creates momentum and takes personal responsibility for the quality of the product.

Using AI development tools is encouraged. However, you must understand, test and take responsibility for the code you produce.
