The more I listen to "Love You Madly Hate You Badly" the more I adore it. It has so many hooks that stick in my head and I find myself humming them during my work day. If you wrote this album off or think it does not hold up compared to his older, more established work, I encourage you to give it another try. "Sideways" + "F The Whole World" + "Flowers" + "Superhero" + "All You Ever Wanted" + "How It Ends" are a few of the stand-out, earwormy tracks that make me smile all day long.

Hey r/olivertree. Like all of you, I'm still heartbroken over the news. Since today is his birthday, I wanted to pay my respects the best way I know how. I’ve always loved his art, so it motivated me to finally step out of my comfort zone and try producing something in his style.

I did everything from scratch as a one-man band (writing, recording and producing). It's my very first time making music in this genre and I'm still learning the ropes of production, so it might not be perfect, but I poured my heart into it as a gift. I'm sharing the track Lonely People along with the custom cover art I designed (with a little help of AI on the album cover).

I'd love to hear your honest feedback.

This subreddit came into fruition after the main one was privatized by mods many years ago. When the other sub became active, this one was basically sidelined. Well, I'm happy to announce that this is our new home to archive all things related to Oliver Tree. We're excited to have you join us!

Right now, it would be fun to start gathering pictures of official photoshoots, merchandise, and older videos/skits that may have gotten archived, privated, and lost to time.
