Hey so iv been here for 2 years or so now and i still just buy everything from the migros that is close to me, is there any options to buy fresh meats and veggitables from maybe in BULK as well, also is there shops that have more american products.

So I've found lots of recipes to make Ayran, and they are very tasty, but none gets the creamy thick foam we fell in love with in Turkey <3.

Is there a way to make that foam at home?

I've heard that now Hafiz Mustafa and Karaköy Güllüoğlu are not that good, but the prices are super high. So while searching for the best baklava I have stumbled upon Köşkeroğlu. I am a student so I am low on budget but I am willing to spend more money for the quality to get this baklava back to my country for my family. So the question is, is köşkeroğlu worth the price?

When I was a child we lived next door to my great aunt and uncle. They had grapevines in the yard. In the Fall, they would make a pudding from the fresh juice garnished with cinnamon and chopped nuts on top. I think it was called something like moustalevra. Does anyone have a recipe? I would love to taste it again.
