• The Flat: It’s a brand-new, most of the furniture shown in the pictures will go and owner will provide fully furnished unit. The owner is setting it up for everything you need AC, fridge, washing machine, a comfortable bed, and whatever more you require you can ask for the same rent.
• Your Privacy: You get your own personal attached bathroom-washroom.
• Move-in Date: July 15th, 2026.

Rent: ₹20,000 per month.

The Most Important Requirement
I have a very loving and calm cat. She is the ultimate roommate, she mostly just sleeps and keeps to herself. My only requirement is that you must be a cat person. You don't need to be an expert, but you should genuinely love cats and be comfortable living with one.
