I read it as it was coming out like a year ago and now I can’t find it for the life of me. I don’t remember the title or the author 💔

New Moon au fic where the Cullens don’t come back, Bella is engaged to Jacob, she drives a motorcycle, works at the library in Forks. Super angsty, seemed like she was in a really deep depression but holding it together for the sake of her dad and Jacob. Then Edward hears about the engagement and decides he needs to see her (from a distance) one last time just for closure. He ends up not being able to make himself leave forks and is lowkey just stalking her for a while 😭. But eventually they do cross paths again and their whole thing starts up again.

I can’t remember if it was on ao3 or ffn. I always thought it was written well in terms of formatting and grammar. Does this sound familiar to anyone at all? Thank you all in advance ❤️

Jared seems to be the perfect fit for my FMC! That means Jared will imprint on my FMC, but how will he react to imprinting (it will happen during a bonfire).

I don't see him as the kind of guy to go full anger, but at this point he maybe enjoying his single life (or dates Kim without being imprinted on her).

I also don't see him refusing the imprint.

So what do you think? How would Jared react? Would love to have your input on this and then I can continue writing the story🥳.

I also just read Butterflies and Hurricanes by WhoNatural which I loved. It’s Embry x Bella. It does a good job of kicking Edward and Jacob out the equation so there is no love triangle.

Anyone who can help me out? I am leaning towards Paul or Jacob, but I am not sure.

I kinda have the storyline set except the romantic storyline.

My character is a famous ice figure skater, but retires in the story and moves to Forks with her brother who has become a shape shifter (there is a storyline behind that). He joins Jacobs pack in Forks.

Sam leads the La Push pack. Story takes place after Breaking Dawn.

This fic was purged from ff.net (along with many other) cause the administration there are a bunch of virgin losers a somone reuploaded on the superior fanfic site ao3. Did anyone read this fic a d can tell me what the tags/trigger warnings are? The reuploader didn't include the tags because of spoiler and I really don't wanna read a fic where Bella gets raped or something terrible like that. From what I heard it's just a fic about a toxic relationship between Bella and Alice with gratuitous lesbian sex scenes. After reading "Take This Heart" where Phil raped Bella, Charlie beat her and Carlisle groomed her I can't handle any more fucked up Bella abuse fic for a long ass time. Idk why I'm fine with bellaxedward pairing but get grossed tf out by bellaxcarlisle paring but something about them just seem extra predatory especially after she was repeatedly sexually and physically abused by the only other 2 adult men in her life.

So I’m working on a couple pieces and I’ve just gotta ask the community because I’m drawing a blank—if you were writing an Angela/Bella or Jessica/Bella work where one or both were vampires, what gift would you give Angela/Jessica and why?

I'm looking for a twilight fanfiction of Edward and Bella where Edward is a skate boarder and they both fall into a relationship fairly quickly in the beginning (he teaches her how to skate board).

Bella gets into a bad car accident and life long has occasional seizures. One detail I remember was after her accident she didn't want to see Edward or have him involved in her recovery.

Edward is in her life still even as adults they try to rekindle after drifting apart.

Probably not gonna be a popular opinion considering how some people view AI in general but I have been getting great results with different AI platforms when asking for fanfic, novel, webnovel, manga ect. reccomendations. I have thought I have pretty much ran the well dry when it comes to good twilight fanfics on sites like ao3 and ff.net but after using AI for reccomendations I've read dozens of great fics I haven't seen previously. My typical go-to prompt example id use is [ Reccomend popular/ highly rated/ highly bookmarked twilight fanfictions. The requirements are that it is completed, has a minimum of 100k words, and no au/ah. Include a synopsis, the word count and a link the the fanfic.] You can also further specify if your wanting a fic with certain pairings or if you what the MC to be an Original Character or Self Insert. It's significant easier to find fics I might be interested in especially on sites like ff.net that's littered with All Human or Alternative Universe fics which I'm not really into. If you are against AI for whatever reason I get that this wouldn't be your cup of tea but I personally think it's an incredibly power tool that is going to be a part of everyone's everyday lives and it helped me find a lot of great fics I wouldn't have read previously.

I currently feel like I am digging for buried treasure without a map or sense.

Anyone know any fics that you haven’t seen recommended before on this subreddit from any site that are absolutely amazing? Amazing in the sense that you enjoyed them so thoroughly.

Hello everyone! Recently, I’ve unexpectedly gone back to my pre-teen Twilight obsession, and I’ve found myself wanting to write a fanfic. It’s going to be a Jacob x Bella imprinting story, but I’m sort of playing with the rules Stephanie Meyer set up. For one, imprinting is strictly romantic — therefore there are NO child imprints. I got the sense that in the beginning this was the direction Stephanie Meyer intend to take imprinting anyway, but well… then she had to take Jacob out of the picture so why not change everything and ship him off with Bella and Edward’s kid right?

Also, I’ve noticed that a lot of stories tend to make imprinting somewhat reciprocal, which I don’t plan on doing. In the books, its said that the person being imprinted on (the imprintee) doesn’t feel the supernatural pull the wolf does, and usually gives in due to being unable to ‘resist that kind of devotion’.

I think that sort of dynamic could be really fun (and angsty) to explore with Jacob and Bella, seeing that she wouldn’t be feeling any of the attraction he does, leaving her struggle to let go of Edward much more apparent.

We all know Bella was absolutely madly in love with him, and that’s why I want to explore her falling out of love with him gradually, with several instances that lead to her disengaging with the idea of vampirism.

One idea I had for this, was a scene where Bella attends Harry Clearwater’s funeral. She’d never been to one before, never seen a dead body before, and as a goodbye, she carefully pats his hand.

In that moment, she realizes his skin — his corpse, feels exactly like Edward.

I was really excited about writing this scene but then I realized I don’t know if it conceptually makes sense. I’m not American, and I don’t know much about Native tribes, so I don’t even know if a funeral like this is something that is done amongst them. Hopefully my ignorance doesn’t offend anyone, I’d be really grateful if anyone had some useful information to share.

I love a good imprinting fic so I’m hoping to find more. Bonus points if it’s a human OC not related to Bella, but I’m not picky. Any wolf would do. Bonus points if it’s not just Jacob, but I don’t mind since I’m asking you what’s YOUR best read ;)

Edit: I don’t mind the self-recs, but I specifically asked best fics you’ve READ, not are writing. I kind of wanted reader’s recs a little more for many reasons lol but ig if you add self-recs, do add ones you’ve read too
