It’s the best

I go through phases of rewatching The Wire The Sopranos and Mr Inbetween and whilst I’m doing that with each I think this one’s the best, the one I’m currently watching. There can’t be anything better than this. But having done all 3 back to back again over the last few months I’ve finally decided I believe Mr Inbetween is the superior of my top 3. I’ve made my mind up and am sticking by my decision. I know the others are epic grand series but Mr Inbetween is the best fucking thing that’s ever been on the telly. I hope to fuck that Scott Ryan does something else soon cos what he achieved here is absolutely remarkable.

What are your favorite British comedies?

As an American Gen X, I was raised on Monty Python. My mom and I used to watch Absolutely Fabulous together(I still rewatch it every couple of years). But I never really got into other British sitcoms. I’d love recommendations, preferably from my fellow Gen Xers, Xennials, and Millennials.

I have BBC for 1 month - what should I watch?

I have access to the bbc for 1 month, to watch the world cup live - what bbc dramas/comedy should I watch while I have bbc access

(For avoidance of doubt - I know the TV licence enforcement is not effective, I am not looking for a discussion about the licence fee)
